I love Vanessa and everything she creates! I'm a local event planner in Indy and have hired her numerous times for different events, from a small bday party to a brunch or a BBQ. Everything she makes is tasty, but what I love most is her attention to details. She even matches the decor around the food with the event, she certainly doesnt have to do it but it elevates her services that much more!

I hired Dashboard food truck for an 120 person event and they knocked it out of the park. Vanessa was such a great help, through the entire process. They were very communicative, informed and timely. Not to mention the food was fantastic and everyone loved it. I would book them for my next event in a heartbeat.

Dashboard Food Truck catered my private event. Vanessa, the owner, was outstanding and the food was amazing. From the start, she paid attention to detail and prepared a menu of all our favorites. She worked with my event planner and coordinated with the party theme and colors. She stayed throughout the evening and made sure everything stayed well stocked and cleaned everything up at the end of the night. Everyone raved about the food! We had Vanessa cater for my mom’s 80th birthday ! She helped with the menu , had the perfect combination of food , showed up on time , put in disposable containers per our request and it was all delicious ! I work for a big company and they have requested her to cater Holiday breakfast 2 years in a row! Can’t wait to use her again ! And the best - reasonably priced for the delicious food!

Dietary restrictions: We didn’t want mushrooms but I wanted chic marasala but Vanessa suggested not since all people don’t eat mushrooms
