Unfortunately even though the server was nice we waited over 30 minutes for a hamburger and when we asked about it ( we were sitting at a bar top) she said oh yes it’s coming and being a server myself watched her go to the computer and ring it in so she had forgotten about it and it came out within 10 minutes, we were with family and couldn’t participate in anything while waiting for the food

A large area with a lot of different game options and, even when its busy (in the gaming area), it doesn't feel like it. We've visited on weekends and weekdays and have never been disappointed in the gaming experience.

Food is phenomenal. I expected mediocre BWW quality food, but we've tried a few different items on the menu now and really liked all of them. Portions are a bit small for the price.

We went to D&B yesterday and got food at their restaurant after gaming for a couple hours. We were seated in an open area, which we thought was great since we have kids. 20 minutes into waiting for our food a birthday party of 30 people got sat right next to us. And i do mean RIGHT next to us. Kids were running around, crawling on the table adjacent to us. One of them tried to take our kid's toys off the booth-side of the table. The group asked if they could take one of our chairs. Our waitress became their waitress so we never got refills and had to go to the bar for take out boxes for the kids. Spent an hour an a half at the table and half of that was waiting on our waitress. I don't blame the waitress or even the party, but if D&B knew a birthday party was coming in why would they seat us so close? Or why not move them to a different area? It ruined the visit. I would've asked for a bar booth if I'd known they were going to seat us next to a party. It's a Wednesday- can't use the "busy" excuse. Hopefully this isn't something they do regularly. Too many other options in the area to be dealing with that.

Service it's outrageous, we waited for more than 50 minutes to get our food, server seems overwhelmed and distracted, I didn't enjoy the fact, not an apologize or anything. I am taking my business to another place.

I like it too much, the games are funny, the food is ok, but the service is terrible, ok, I get it, that it's a bussy place, but, be waiting 1 hour and a half just for a wings... it's supper exaggerate.. and then, the waitress charge us extra food that we didn't order or receive, so.. ig they need to pay more attention to that

The guy running the food in and out of the kitchen smelled really really bad. It really ruined our entire meal. Every time he went past us, we were gagging on the smell. Nobody should be working in a food environment like that. He should’ve been sent home immediately. Will not eat there again.

1/21/25 This was first time at Dave and Busters and it was a double date. My gf and I had been going to a different restaurant for every letter pf the alphabet and this was D. From the moment we walked in the atmosphere was great. Plenty of parking in the parking lot imo. When we walked in all the employees were helpful and seemed to be in a good mood. Our waitress was very attentive and actually seemed like she wanted to be there. Many servers at different places seem like they are just there cause it's a job but our waitress seemed to like being there. Food was great. We had pappi chulo nachos I think and mozzarella sticks and all tasted fresh. I had flatbread pizza and it was hot and well put together. The others seemed happy with their food as well. Then after we ate we played trivia while testing out all the games. There was juice selection and everything was enjoyable. I wrote for a gaming website and I'll definitely be sharing that with my peers. Enjoyed everything from Halo Fire Team all the way to Dance Dance Revolution. We didn't use out tickets for prizes this time BUt I guarantee we will be back in the future and I think you should check Dave and Busters our for sure 🔥🔥🔥💯
