I recently had the pleasure of experiencing outstanding customer service at Domino’s, thanks to the manager, Eric. I brought an autistic teen to the store who is passionate about working at a pizza establishment, but someone had recently discouraged his dream. Eric went above and beyond to make this visit unforgettable. Not only did he welcome us warmly, but he also allowed us to watch him make pizzas, which was incredibly exciting for the teen. Eric took the time to explain the history of Domino's, offering valuable insights and encouragement. His words of wisdom—urging the youth to follow his dreams no matter what others say—were truly inspiring.
Eric was kind, thoughtful, and genuinely invested in making a difference. He was a beacon of positivity and encouragement, and I am so grateful for the impact he had on this young person. Thank you, Eric, for your time, your kindness, and for being a true role model. You made a lasting impression, and we left the store feeling inspired and hopeful. You truly made a difference today!

I ordered 3 pizzas last night and as usual, they all arrived quickly! This location has never brought me a pizza that wasn't piping hot! The drivers are always efficient and the pizza is so so good! Thank you so much!!!!

This was my go-to location but I am extremely disappointed with my latest order. 04/15: the pizza was over proofed or just plain old, super thin in the middle, inconsistent crust. The cheese dip wasn’t even the right color. Not sure what was going on, there were 3 drivers just sitting in the store so they weren’t backed up.EDITED***Eric went above and beyond to make this error right. Took care of my family tonight and got another order that was top notch quality. They’re not perfect but they’re striving to get things right and take care of their customers. Great job Dominos CG.
