We visited Don Cuervo for the first time in a year or more and we were shocked to see how nice the interior looks! New booths, tables and chairs and paint job all look great! We were seated quickly and ordered our drinks, which came out quickly as well.

Our server was cordial, very personable and responsive. The better half ordered the Burrito Supremos and I ordered the Fajita Quesadilla with both chicken and steak, which our server told us there would be an uncharge.

We also ordered the queso for our chips, which we enjoyed as well as the salsa that is served with the chips.

Our food came in a reasonable amount of time and my quesadilla was delicious. The only complaint the better half had was that the sauce was a bit runny, but he enjoyed the burritos very much.

We will definitely return, much sooner than later!

My buddy ordered me the wrong meal and even though they made it correctly, they gave me a brand new meal at no charge. Great service and steak that is second to none!

Usually this place is amazing. Today I ordered carne asada which comes with beans and rice. It came with potatoes and chorizo

To be honest the potato’s were great. But carne asada just isn’t carne asada without the rice and beans

I've ordered from Don Cuervo multiple times, and I often order to go. The food is ok, but one thing that irks me is the $1 fee that they have for all to go orders, whether placed online, in person or phone. I don't understand why this is a thing, and I will likely be ordering here less frequently going forward.

It would be understandable if this was an online order only fee if using the website, but this fee is there even if you call by phone or place the order at the restaurant. I dislike when restaurant owners pass on the costs of their poor business decisions onto the customers.

Food is really good. Here lately the service has been kind of going down hill. Been a couple of instances that either me or my fiance had to go to the register to ask for refills on drinks and have had to sit for longer than normal times to receive our check. Restaurant is clean and music/TV volumes are not overpowering.

Service was excellent, and the food was awesome! I got the carne asada fries, and it was even better than expected. The flavor combinations and how well it was cooked were incredible. Everyone in our group was very happy with their meals, and I can assure you I’m ready to return again soon. Excellent experience!

We flew in from CO and found this spot on the way to Brown County. Amazing burritos, margs, fajitas and house-made salsa. Even the kids’ chicken tenders seemed house-made! Phenomenal.

I’ve supported Don Cuervo many times and always left tip. The food is great, but I’ve started to feel uncomfortable.
We’ve noticed that American customers consistently get the card machine brought to their table. Maybe they ask — but why is it never even offered to us, as Hispanic customers? Not once, after several visits.

It may seem like a small thing, but it sends a message: some people get better service, and others are overlooked.

SI ERES HISPANO, NO ESPERES EL MISMO TRATO QUE LE DAN A LOS ESTADOUNIDENSES..

I’ve been to Don Cuervo multiple times. The food is good, and we always leave a tip.. but I can’t ignore a disappointing pattern.

Every time, we see American customers get the card machine brought to their table. Maybe they ask for it — and if so, that’s fine. But why is it never offered to us, as Hispanic customers? Not once.

After several visits, it feels like the staff assumes we don’t need or deserve the same level of service. That’s disheartening, especially in a place from our own community.

Treat all customers equally. It’s not just good service — it’s basic respect.

We go here often as it's in our neighborhood. Don Cuervo has been really solid for the last few years. It replaced Rosarita's? (been a while) The previous restaurant was good at first as well but staff/mgmt changed and it went to hell.

The last couple of times I've had fajita beef it has been mushy. Tastes like it was prepared earlier in the week and sat around. I have been getting the carne asada since it's an actual cut that they prepare when you order it to get around. This last visit I went with the chef's special and the meat was terrible. Service has slipped. The one thing I did notice, the manager that ran the last restaurant in the ground was working there again.

I hope Don Cuervo can rebound quickly because it's very convenient to have a good mexican food option close to home.

The dishes are fairly unique, not in whats offered, its typical Mexican fare but prepared a bit differently. Im not sure if i like that they use dark meat for the chicken. Still on the fence on that one. Im just used to chicken breast. The chips are good and the salsa is even better. Not watery like some places. I noticed no condiments on the table. The portion sizes are just right. The dishes are very flavorful. I asked for a house hot sauce, they actually had some and it was actually very good. The sauces for the dishes are very good as well. Service was also good. If you want Mexican thats not your typical place, try this one. I would return.

Waiter didn't understand or didn't pay attention well. Orders were wrong. Food was ok/average Mexican food. Salsa was too hot. Queso dip was good. Chips a bit stale.
