I ordered off the app and it was simple and easy. We drove through and picked up our order. They even offered our dog a pepperoni cup. Great food and service. We will definitely order from them again.

What is wrong with this place? Over the last month, I have been there three different times, and exactly lunchtime, and they are closed. The light up sign says they’re open, there are cars there parked in the back like they’re employees, lights on in the store. But all the doors are locked. This sucks for the people who order ahead of time and pay online. Thankfully, this has happened twice before, so something told me not to order ahead. Good thing I didn’t, because I’m sure I would never get my money back! There is absolutely no excuse to be constantly closed when literally every single thing suggests that you are open. I won’t be returning to this Donatos again, which is a shame, because Donatos is one of my favorite places, but this is starting to really make me mad

This Donatos was kind of cool on inside they had board games you could play.However that was the only cool thing about it. I ordered pepperoni pizza and a order of breadsticks.They said it would be done at 612 and that is when I arrived and paid.at 640 the girl asked me my name again and of course the pizza had been sitting back there probably at least 20 minutes already and she clearly forgot I was waiting ?The breasticks by this time were barely warm and not the classic breadsticks we all love from Donatos they were kind of stale.The most audacious thing in this whole experience though was that the extra sauce was literally thrown on top of the pizza. I'm guessing thy forgot to add extra sauce before they made it and thought this would be a good idea. Negative. that takes away from the crispy pepperoni and the sauce being actually warm inside of the pizza instead of cold pizza sauce thrown on top. I was looking forward to Donatos all day as it is a one of a kind pizza. This location clearly doesn't know what they are doing and I will not be going back to them.

Big yikes on their customer service. You literally cannot get ahold of the store on the phone. It's a random customer service line and after calling a 2nd time and being "promised" to be connected to the store, whoever is at the store hangs up. Luckily I picked "pay at Donatos" so I wouldn't have to dispute the credit card charge. Tried to call and cancel and they don't pick up their phone, so that is a waste of food that's out of my hands. From the looks of their Google reviews, it's a good thing I decided to ditch the idea.

This Manager was RUDE! I’m not one to even leave a review but when my order is 40 minutes behind (the weather is a little bad so I get it) so I called 10 times at least before I even got to speak to the manager. So I asked about my order and where it was politely before I could finish my sentence, he the Manager said “oh you are calling about your order like everyone else in Greenwood?!?!?” (In a rude way). I was like wow just have some common courtesy, I mean it is not that hard lol. Idc how many people he has calling about their orders but When your order says it’s will get there at 7:30 and it’s 8:10 when I call… Then Maybe he should take initiative in his job and be polite, start calling customers ahead of time that have already ordered and let them know “Hey, weather is bad and we’re running behind. I know our app or/website says that time but we’re running behind and wanted to let you know. Would you still like to continue with your order?”Something as simple as that goes a long way .. he was simply unprofessional and seemed like he couldn’t care less about my order or any customer’s order . This is for sure the last time I order from that Donatos ran by him.US 31 & Worthsville ??????????

Poor service waiting an hour just too get messed up food and burnt and these kids that work here have no socail skills at all just ignore you.we also saw an employee drop someone's food and looked at us and said shhh getting a refund done with this

Ordered online for 30% off mobile orders. Submitted the code "LOVE" and the page gave me the discount. After placing the order, it charged me the 100% at about $91.00 including a "Driver Tip". 2 pizzas, a sandwich, and a 2-litre for $91. Attempted to call the store via the "Manager" line and was answered by an employee who could not help me then I was placed on hold for 15 minutes. Had to call them back. The manager said the price was corrected to the discounted price and I asked for a receipt and we were both understanding that this was an issue likeley brought about by Donato's corporate. He said the corrected amount would likely be posted the next day and I confirmed but requested a receipt regardless.About 45 minutes later, I receive a notification that a DoorDasher was dropping off my food. The Dasher was nice, and I thanked her for her service, but this is not what I was paying for. She did not have my receipt, nor did she have the 2-litre.I called corporate because not only was the order incorrect, but I was still more than likely going to be charged $91.00 for missing items and toppings. The corporate customer service was not helpful, still could not confirm that I would be charged the correct amount or produce a receipt. When asked why I was charged for a driver fee even though it was sent via DoorDash, her reply was that "Nobody wants to work" and that was Donato's justification for being misleading and deceitful. I asked for her to also FWD me the agreement that clearly states who will be handling my food prior to placing the order, and her reply was "I know it's there somewhere". There are other things about these 4 interactions which were unsettling, but I'll digress.Horrible service for a restaurant I have been supportive of for over 20 years. I used to believe in Jane's vision and respected this woman-led company. It seems they are only focused on maximizing profits via a franchise strategy in which Donato's refuses to be held accountable.

Not a bad pizza place. I like the pepperoni pizza and the breadsticks and cheese. Salads were okay too.Not really a place to dine in at. Better off taking it home or having it delivered.

Food was worth 3stars made correctly. Center of pizza not cooked all the way through, young man that took our order was obviously new . I do understand that we all had to learn. His zipper was down all the way and the music coming from cook area was so loud that we had a hard time talking with the young man. I did listen to slayer when I was young but would never have played it in place of business with customers. Seems that this is the time we live in . No customer service. No care of quality work.

Place order online for pick up did not receive pizza as ordered online called restaurant to speak to management which immediately start arguing with me did I did not pay for what I ordered and that is why I didn’t receive it which I explain to her there was no option to pay for extra sauce online she proceeded to get rude, slam pizza on counter did not offer to remake order only offer refund. I asked for a district number to make a complaint which they refused to give information at the time until I start recording myself asking for the information which a young girl working there after proceeding being rude end up saying call 1-800 Donatos Will never returned to this place will never order another pizza from this place and even after speaking service I do not believe anything will be done horrible service, horrible product. Whoever owns this place should fire everybody working there.
