This Dunkin is meh. I don’t really prefer It but sometimes their drinks sound good. I don’t like the location it’s in. Super busy and Smith Valley altogether is just crazy. Their donuts seem dried up even in the morning times. Every time I go there to order the workers seem like they cannot understand me. They don’t really interact with you at the window when paying. They act clueless or they’re not paying attention. I asked for help on the app last time I visit and the guy acted like he didn’t understand me. He looked at me and ignored me. Luckily I figured out what I was trying to do and got the task done on the app. Seems like Dunkin’s have gone downhill.

Got a chocoloate frosted donut and 10 munchkins. Donuts and munchkins were very stale. Easily the worst donuts I've had from any donut shop ever. Staff seemed more interested talking with themselves. Place was clean though.

Hmm well the donuts are always good but the breakfast sandwiches need some work. They are either burnt or they have little ingredients and they are smashed and half cooked every time I get one. I used to be a big fan but the sandwiches turned me off. The refreshers are always good . If you want a decent 👌 doughnut 🍩 than this is your place . Service is OK but of course customer service skills are lacking there. Maybe one day they will master the art of making a good breakfast sandwich 🥪! 🤣🤣🤣🤣Maybe !

I live in Greenwood, IN. I went to Duncan Donuts located at 120 W Smith Valley Rd Suite A, Greenwood, IN 46142. I received the WORST customer service I have ever received at any establishment. I ordered a bacon, egg and cheese croissant . When my order came on the screen the bread listed was bagel. I immediately stated I don’t want it on a bagel I’d like a croissant. Then server snapped back and said that the sandwich was already made. I said well I want a bacon egg and cheese croissant. Then she doesn’t say anything and tells me to pull around. Of course when I get my bag there is a bagel sandwich in it. I give it back. I don’t want this. They again tell me it’s already made. And I again say that’s not what I ordered. They instruct me to pull up to wait for the sandwich. She came outside pointed at me then says she remade it but next time she will not. Excuse me… when I repeatedly asked her for her name she continued yelling and pointing at me, the paying customer, about what she was or was not going to make. Not how customer service works in this country. That’s extremely frustrating and unacceptable. To pay for something that half cold and I had to argue for first thing in the morning. Will not be going back!

Food is good. They usually get orders filled correctly. The staff is friendly. Not much to be said for atmosphere. Typical donut shop.
Ordered online; they didn't start my food until I got there, which is SO MUCH BETTER THAN COLD; and everyone was nice. Their frozen coffees are good, and my daughter would sell me for a piece of their bacon avocado toast. 🤣🤭

Got a frozen carmel creme coffee and it was horrible. Took it back just for them to make the exact same horrible tasting coffee. Why is the same coffee delicious and some dunkins but horrible at another? Don't they follow a specific recipe?

The lady at drive thru is so rude! She does greet you at the speaker or window, you only get “pull around”. Will not be back to this location due to the lack of customer service.
