The toothless drive thru person was hard to understand and got my order wrong. The donut at 9am was already day old tasting. The coffee tasted burnt and was as expensive as Starbucks, might as well get that bougie coffee.

I went there this morning. I was looking over the menu because I don’t visit Dunkin often while sitting in the drive-through with no one in front of me or behind me I was continuously being rushed to order. I got to the window and wasn’t greeted or told a total. 0/10 will not show up again

The customer service here is horrible. Not going back there anymore. The staff doesn't understand Midwest expectations of service I guess? Never hi, how are you, thanks for your order, nothing like? The lady working the drive thru was almost like she was forced to be there and we were bothering her that we were there! Ugh! If you buy into American franchises you need to learn how to treat customers!

first time at this dunkin location, food was good but service was bad. Me and my mom were ordering and the person taking our order was impatient and kept huffing and puffing and was saying Oh my god as in telling us to hurry up, unacceptable.

This Dunkin is meh. I don’t really prefer It but sometimes their drinks sound good. I don’t like the location it’s in. Super busy and Smith Valley altogether is just crazy. Their donuts seem dried up even in the morning times. Every time I go there to order the workers seem like they cannot understand me. They don’t really interact with you at the window when paying. They act clueless or they’re not paying attention. I asked for help on the app last time I visit and the guy acted like he didn’t understand me. He looked at me and ignored me. Luckily I figured out what I was trying to do and got the task done on the app. Seems like Dunkin’s have gone downhill.
