Went in on 3/5 after placing an online order for in store pickup. Order 2 coffees, and my GF gets there, once I received order confirmation, etc. They said they had lost the order. Cool, so I figure I would handle it separately and just have her re-order for us. The lady at the counter was rude because she spoke minimal English and was unable to understand the order properly, after already having to swap workers to understand the order placed because he didnt know what cold foam was. Once the order was complete, it was still wrong, and at this point I just had her take the drinks. There were 4 kids running around like it was a playground and after the order was placed, this is what happened. Who lets their kids sit on a public check out area? Who let's them put their feet on the counter that food and beverages are served from. The place was dirty, with no clean tables, and customer service was disturbing. Language barriers are fine as long as its as normal. Will never return here.

I’ve pulled out of line twice because of the woman you have running the intercom in the drive-thru. Her demeanor is extremely off putting. If a customer asks about something, and your only goal is to prove you’re right, you’re working the wrong job in hospitality. I asked if they had Irish cream yet, condescending toned response “we only have regular cream.” I was talking about the flavoring. “We don’t have it.” How about this? “No I'm sorry, unfortunately we do not currently have that. But we have a few other flavors you might enjoy like [blank].” It’s not freaking rocket science to work this job and be a decent person that doesn’t act annoyed with every little question. I did it for 8 years while putting myself through college, and raising three children under 5. Somehow I had to slap a smile on my face and do my job, or I would’ve gotten fired or asked to change it. We will drive five minutes north to the other if we have to, but it’s extremely frustrating the unpleasant people you allow working here.

I order on the app usually. They have my iced tea ready when I arrive but quite often forget my donuts. Quality of the food has went downhill. The place seems dirty too. The iced tea has been very weak with no taste. It’s pretty much brown colored water. For $3.92 after tax, that is unacceptable. On 2/25/24, I turned the tea back in and asked for a refund. They won’t refund at the store and I have to call customer service. What poor customer service! Never coming back to this location.

I went shopping as usual and I'm not really coming back, I saw a lot of new foreign people, everything was very disorganized, dirty like never before, they have a new boss who is inept and racist, he has removed all the white people from their positions, to give them to the people who He takes him to work, the most incredible thing of all is seeing how every day there is a child running around and touching everything with his dirty hands and without supervision since his parents are busy watching everyone work and are on the phone as if they owned the place. It's very sad but from being one of the best in just a month it has gone to being one of the most disgusting since they don't even clean their areas and the bathrooms are super disgusting, I have never seen such a horrible place and it is disgusting to eat in a place where they have no hygiene. They would make a good move if they put a responsible manager, not that undesirable racist, abusive, irresponsible and with poor hygiene that they have now.

absolutely despicable. three girls working today couldnt get our order right. sent us off without giving us our half a dozen donuts. we told them they forgot them and they proceeded by trying to scramble some donuts together. no gloves on any of them and the window worker mexican girl was putting her fingers way too close to her nose while handling the food. the window worker proceeded to say they had none of the donuts we ordered and continuously talked over my boyfriend while him and i were trying to figure out what we wanted to do. my drink tasted funny as well, after seeing the unhygienic state the place was in i wouldnt be surprised if they spit in it. trash can be seen behind seats on display in the windows. after awhile we just said we’d take a refund. it was a mobile order so we had to do it through that they said. proceeded to do so only to get 2 free donuts and some donut holes, instead of 6 donuts. dunkin donuts has lost my respect, do better.

Was given wrong donuts. No donuts were visible inside like used to be in display case. They always have to go to back now and get them, so you don't know what's available. The guy was on a phone call the whole time, on speaker with two other people so could hear entire call. He held the phone the entire time and did everything one handed. He did put the phone down for two hands for moment but the phone stayed on counter to continue his conversation the whole time. The donuts we did get were so much greasier than Dunkin's used to be, that's why we go there and don't eat Krispy Kreme. Will drive out of my way to other donut competitors because donuts and customer service there is great. Tried calling to request the wrong donuts be replaced next time, phone was busy every time, and message said mailbox full, can't leave message. Tried to leave a complaint at contact us, you have to create an account to even do that. Have never seen that at a company, even companies I'm trying to leave positive feedback on. Dunkin' s should do better in this economy of average consumers getting picky about where they put those food dollars to. Dunkin donuts used to be so good and so fun to go look at donuts and pick them out.

You all need to get all new people that know what they are doing. The disrespect you get when you order through drive thru is disgusting. Food is always wrong when I or my husband orders. You loose my and customers with rudeness when I say an order and you repeat back to me what I didn't say I'm going to say it again till you say it right now being rude but when you are a manager and speak to me like I'm stupid it's a disappointment to you and your franchise.
