It's becoming harder to find a frozen yogurt place, I'm glad I found this one! The cake batter flavor was so good!

Been going here for over 10 years, always been my childhood place with my grandparents! I took my partner here for the first time and he loved it and I certainly missed it. Ella's never fails to satisfy! Especially the free hot cocoa! The crew is very kind and made us feel welcomed whilst we dined in, and it is definitely a fun place to take your loved one, family, and kids. ♡

Came in with our family this evening twenty minutes before closing. Greeted by two teenaged girls who already had chairs on tables cleaning the lobby. Very rudely one said they were closing up and only had plain yogurt no toppings available. We got our yogurt and the girls let us get certain toppings after our kids were complaining. Went to pay and asked if we could sit in the lobby and have it. They told us no it’s already cleaned and practically pushed us out the door. Our kids ended up making a mess in our car. Also a couple came in 15 minutes before closing while we were leaving — they were turned away completely. Definitely terrible customer service.

I love ella’s but the workers every time i go in are always on there phones, never greet customers, blatantly disrespectful disrespectful and didn’t even even try to talk to me. stations also need refilled

The girls working were so friendly and helpful. Great atmosphere, very fair prices, and a wide variety of flavor/topping options. We love coming here because you get to pick the bowl you want and they charge by bowl size, not by weight like most places. They also have no sugar added options if that’s something you’re looking for!

Went to Ella’s for the first time after leaving Handel’s due to size of the crowd and we are so glad we did! Great price and great flavors and toppings and the place is so clean! I also witnessed one of the employees being above-and-beyond nice to a family that was not aware of the closing time and still let them get a last-second treat. I am a fan and happy to have a new place to go!

Been here a couple of times and it's always a great place if you need something really good and cheap too. There are a variety of flavors and toppings you can enjoy to your heart's delight. It's a nice place to catch up with friends or just have as a treat after a long day. This place keeps you coming back!
