This is by far my favorite Fazolis in the area! J will drive the extra time for this store. Justine was absolutely amazing and so kind when I came in. She went above and beyond for not only myself but other guests. The food is always fresh, hot and tasty! 10/10

So to start, the food is always good! But the girl running the drive thru is rude. Couldn't hardly understand what she was saying until I got to the window! Maybe management should train her to be a better employee!

Order # 35435362281046017 Didn’t get a single drink with my delivery. I called and spoke to the manager Bernadette and she stated the staff just didn’t hand the drinks to the DoorDash driver but insisted I contact DoorDash. If this is Fazolis issue, why would I contact DoorDash? I ordered delivery and she said the only way they could compensate is if I came and picked up the drinks. What’s the point In delivery then? I swear it’s so backwards. Will never order from a restaurant who likes to steal money from customers again.
