Order # 35435362281046017 Didn’t get a single drink with my delivery. I called and spoke to the manager Bernadette and she stated the staff just didn’t hand the drinks to the DoorDash driver but insisted I contact DoorDash. If this is Fazolis issue, why would I contact DoorDash? I ordered delivery and she said the only way they could compensate is if I came and picked up the drinks. What’s the point In delivery then? I swear it’s so backwards. Will never order from a restaurant who likes to steal money from customers again.

The young woman that was working the register today around 12:00 to 12:20 was a very kind young lady. She had great customer service which is very hard to find now a days. My food also was very good and came out very quickly. Will definitely be coming back

Food came out quick and was hot, the breadsticks were nice and buttery, i got the fettuccine alfredo and it came out really good, everyone i saw here was helpful and friendly, Tayler made sure I had everything I needed when I got my food and made my experience here better since I needed a fork and she brought me one, I usually go to a different location but with the construction right now, I came to this one, and I enjoyed here better-the tables were clean (and I SAW them cleaning them, not just brushing off crumbs) and the music was at a good volume as well, it was a good experience overall and I would definitely choose this one over the other which I always find dirty and overly loud

It's Fazolis. There's bread sticks and quick service with a decent price. I would honestly say you could replace Olive Garden's alfredo pasta with Fazoli's, and it would be an upgrade
