We frequently come here (about once per week) and order the baked family pasta meal using the Fazoli’s app. I think it’s a great deal. Every time we have done so we have been served quickly and by staff with a very friendly demeanor. This location is clean, spacious and nice to eat at. Thanks to Dawn for checking on us our visit today to make sure we got what we ordered and got plenty of breadsticks. We will be returning soon. 5/5 stars.

What a disappointment. I ordered chicken Alfredo, the food was obviously old, noodles were dry, bread sticks were hard, and no chicken in my chicken Alfredo. Go back the next day for a correct order. I decided I wanted lasagna instead. It tasted like salt. That was the only thing I could taste, salt. This is why I cook for myself, but it would be really nice to have a break and let someone else cook. Please learn how

I stopped by tonight to pick up dinner for my daughter. Pulled up at the drive through at 6:32 was told to hold. 10 minutes later I said hello. They told me to hold on. 5 minutes later they finally asked what I’d like. With 2 cars in front of me that waited for their food i also waited another 15 minutes at the window with a line behind me. Not one time did they say sorry for the wait or pull ahead. Then my food was wrong. This place has gone way downhill!
