It was my first time there, they answered questions patiently and recommended drinks as well.Ambience - I love everything about this place. The plants, the mix matched furniture. It’s a whole vibe.Parking - there are few parking lots close to the shop. Street parking is not available.Recommendations - Butter Beer LatteAdding a bit more about the coffee shop. They have merch and plants for sale. I ended up buying stickers, plants and mug. I also got second coffee iced, which I never took a photo off. This place is close to where I live, so I will most definitely be going back

I cannot say enough nice things about this place. I visit this place weekly, because you cannot beat the flavor of these drinks with anywhere else. Southside Indy has had some cute little coffee shops pop up, but you just cannot compare. Not to mention the atmosphere is so adorable, the music is good, AND the staff is so friendly and personable. They make you feel right at home. I tell everyone about Fresh Pots.

I'm happy they were busy, but this means there is no place to sit. The two ladies in front of me had to take their drinks to go because of this and were disappointed. I joined two other strangers sharing a table. It was awkward and not the relaxed atmosphere I'd hoped for. The muffin and coffee were delicious. I'd recommend consolidating your merch and replacing some of your larger furniture (piano, hutch under the stairs, large round table next to it, fireplace, etc.) with five additional two tops. Just my two pennies.Parking: There is no dedicated parking and only a small public lot on the block to serve all area businesses and a park. The lot was full, and three other cars were circling for spaces, so I took my chances at a church nearby.

This place is awesome. I wish I had a place like this closer to where I lived. A good friend of mine took me here. I got the caramel macchiato latte hot. It was luscious. I also got a banana muffin that er and I shared that was also great. The atmosphere is very laid back. Couches and comfy chairs with tables as well. I wish I could go everyday. The people working were very nice and had a good sense of humor. We even asked for froth designs and they did it! I will for sure be back.Parking: The parking isn't immediately close. We did park in the lot by PNC Bank, but not a issue.Kid-friendliness: There were a couple of families with smaller toddlers and it was totally cool. I paid attention because I also have a toddler whom I take most places.

PIZZA BAGEL I know it's a coffee shop, but I'm going to brag on the bagel real quick. PIZZAA. BAGEL!!!!! Y'all it was so tasty, not overwhelmingly pizza-y, just perfect enough for a little switcharoo to a breakfast staple. Also got a campfire iced coffee with and actual..toasted marshmallow on top. Can't get any better
