I got rejected service today, and the employee started cussing and throwing his hands up when he came out just to turn around. I first rang the bell feeling bad but I wish I would’ve rung it again because he was not only not there but he had the worst attitude and never came back out after throwing his little fit.

Not sure how the smoothies are because the interaction (lack of) with the guy behind the counter was so awkward that we left before ordering. Did not greet us. Never cracked a smile or anything from the straightest face. Asked him how it was going and attempted to be friendly and not sure what he said …I walked away and then made my kid and we moved on. Maybe that’s the vibe to put out if you don’t want to be bothered with making smoothies? If so, it’s working!

After reading several reviews and going to the wrong smoothie place in the mall, I was SUPER excited to try this place. Let’s just say, the other place was better IN ALL ASPECTS! When I showed up no one was out front. I waited for three or four minutes before saying hello softly. Then a young man approached from possibly washing dishes. He had a stale face and didn’t greet me so I said hello how are you? I got no response. I asked for a strawberry smoothie and told him thanks. He replied,”yup”. I should have left, but I wanted to try it. It was the absolute worst tasting strawberry banana smoothie I’ve ever had in my life. I wasted almost 9.00 for that!?!? It tasted like pink bubblegum. I’ll never go back.
I love this place, but I haven't been since they stopped offering Apple slushes. I genuinely used to stop by the mall sometimes just so I could come in and get one. I've had a craving for it recently, so I really hope they decide to start carrying them again soon, I'd love to stop in again sometime!
