Indyo Frozen Yogurt

Terrible, just sugar and something added. Tried the chocolate vanilla, and strawberry- the strawberry tastes like benadryl. No chairs to sit on, just a poor poor experience overall. I would go here for free

After patronizing numerous times with same exact order, tonight I faced I the biggest disappointment attempting to place an order for a dozen of gourmet chocolate covered strawberries. I returned tonight due what I know I’ve purchased previously at this location. Tonight something was different, the young lady behind the counter. Initially I was told it was told that strawberry orders were closed for the night nearly 8:00 pm i understand also working in food service. But the young lady refused to take a custom order that I was willing to pick up the next day for an item that I’ve knowingly purchased from this exact location. Only this time I was willing to purchase more than I’ve before, a dozen versus the cup. The young lady insisted that I was wrong and she was right. She began tear up as if I was yelling or intimidating her in some way. Simply I stated what I knew. It’s unfortunate that you all lost a customer and a sale due to lack of compromise and customer service. Truly a disappointing experience.Also, I have a photo of what she insisted they don’t provide. Insisting it was toffee and not what I requested.My order was going to be a dozen of white chocolate strawberry topped with chopped walnuts.She said it could not be done.I returned because it was done previously and I paid for it.

Yummy treats and great service. Would love option to tip staff when paying by card. We always stop when we are at the mall. Great selection of toppings.

Way over priced

The fro yo was alright. The customer service? Terrible. My boyfriend and I walked in and were greeted with 0 employee, 8 minutes later we had our froyo waiting for a worker to put toppings on
when she finally came out she was rude and did NOT seem like she wanted to be helping us.

Service was great! Froyo was not. Very sweet and tasted more like ice cream than frozen yogurt.Would not recommend.

I’d been coming here several times a week. But today was my last time. The hot fudge machine was set too high and it spewed all over me causing burns to my thumb and stomach. It ruined my shirt and I had to buy a new one at work to keep working.Accidents happen but the girls response was unacceptable. She was rude. Offered no help and seemed to find it funny. Good thing it wasn’t a child.Learn some service.

Took the kids for some Froyo! Great taste and flavors

One of the worst displays of customer service EVER!!I order 2 pints of frozen yogurt through doordash and I receive a damn fruit Bouquet for someone else that placed that order 3 MONTHS AGO....when I contact indyyo to let them know someone is missing their order, the female manager was rude, she said too bad and that I should kick rocks. Then she hung up on me!I never even asked for a refund, because doordash refunded me for it. I was simply trying to inform them of it.Then she tried to say that doordash gave her this order and that my order was nowhere in the systemThis order is from OCTOBER, several months ago.This lady is completely incapable of doing her job...she is rude and has no business being a manager!

I love chocolate covered strawberries, every time I go I like to get a cup of them, but I truly don't understand why every time I order this girls have the nastiest attitude about it, they refuse to make a cup of them, like it's the hardest thing to do or they aren't supposed to make this. If they don't want to sell what they have on the menu, remove it then!!!Customer service at it's worst!!!! I feel so unwelcome ! This happened on 5-9-21 around 5:20
