Visited at 2pm on Saturday in June 2024, service was good, the place could have been a little cleaner and sandwiches placed on paper wrapper vs directly on the counter. Seemed to be a lot of crossover of worker among stations and the sandwich maker didn't have mustard available or a knife to spread it and used a disposable lid. Udi Gluten free Cookie was awesome.

Been here several times over the last couple weeks and every single time has been stellar! From the fresh tasting food to the extreme friendliness of the staff, I'll keep coming back! Compared to similar establishments along S.R. 135, this is thr best staff I have encountered so far - keep it up!!

Jersey Mikes Greenwood has been the best Jersey Mikes my family had been too. The sandwiches are so delicious and made to perfection. The store is always very clean and tidy. Most important is the staff. Everyone is always so welcoming and polite. Overall the service is phenomenal and the food is great! If you haven’t been the to Jersey Mikes in Greenwood I would highly recommend it!

Went in and ordered 2 sandwiches and they kept making other sandwiches for some online order While I was standing there. i counted 6 sandwiches and there was no end in sight , and no communication or courtesy extended in my direction, so I walked out.

First time visiting Jersey Mike’s. Place was very clean and well staffed. Staff was very pleasant, helpful and excellent will customers friendly and well trained in customer service. We ordered 2 subs again the staff was very helpful and the subs were excellent. The sandwiches a little pricey but well worth it once we got home and ate them. We will definitely got back we have lived in Indy for 6 years now and this is the best sandwich shop by far. I would highly recommend them this shop.

a bad experience my order was screwed up and the Young lady that had taken my order,was rude my sandwich tasted terrible I and my fiance and I both felt a little sick afterwards but were good they didn't greet you at all didn't feel friendly she didn't give us an option to come up and choose are granessments like others I observerd. We went to a jersey mike's which was shut down we decided to go to the greenwood location bad Idea they gave me a refund but it doesn't take the place of bad service.Jersey Mike can go back to Jersey.
