Pay $15 for a gluten free pizza with pepperoni and extra cheese. It has 5 pieces of pepperoni on the entire pizza and a thin layer of cheese. Their pizza taste good but this is the last one I am going to get from here. This unfortunately is normal for them.

Damn I love this pizza joint. Their food may not be authentic Italian but this is certainly American pizza at its finest. The Cajun crust is phenomenal. It leaves a pleasant, mild warming sensation. Absolutely dope pizza 💯👌🏻

Disappointed, I ordered our pizza at 4:15 and did not received it until 6:00. I live a couple of minutes away so location was not the problem. I was given an estimate time of delivery around 5:15. I contacted the store at 5:35, the gentleman told me it will be here in a couple of minutes and hung up. I did not receive it until 6:00 and it was warm not hot. Sad, I haven't ordered Jets pizza in a few years and I'm afraid to order it again.

Used to love this place. Ordered online and told 45 minutes for delivery. No problem. Called an hour later to ask and told they should be there any minute. 30 minutes later still no delivery. Called back to cancel my order. Spoke to the GM who was unapologetic and did nothing to try and keep my business. Just that they would cancel my order and issue a refund. If you’re not going to appreciate your customers time or business, then there is no reason for customers to appreciate or value your business.

I prefer Jet's over most of the pizza chains. I just wish they were more consistent. Last deep dish I had was a little disappointing. I gave 4 stars because usually they're better. Last pizza I had would have been a 2.

Food was DELICIOUS! But obviously someone got a little hungry on the 35 min delivery drive ?? one of our cinnamon sticks were gone but you can tell by the grease that there was one there when it left the store ??

messed up my order over the phone.. i say something in person.. super unapologetic. brushed me off.. charged me for extra cheese i didnt order...and didnt get.. i came back to atleast get the cheese they charged me for.. when i mention the whole situation.. they smirked and hand me the cheese i didnt order no attempt to make anything right. i asked how long it would take to get the breadsticks i ordered instead of the cheese.. they said "were busy right now". mistakes happen..but when u make me feel like a burdon for ur mistakes .ur the problem.. will never be back
