Things have only gone up hill since they brought in the new general manager. My job ordered a pick up order for a couple of 30 piece boxes and it was delicious. They even put toppings on the side so employees could pick and choose. 10/10

Well there’s a reason this location is rated so poorly compared to the one down the road. Ordered for my family last night and not only was half the order missing, my family started experiencing VIOLENT food poisoning at 2 am after consuming. Uncontrollable shaking/chills and literal projectile vomiting from BOTH ends. Incredibly concerning due to listeria with deli meat and produce. We are very frequent JJ’s customers for many years and I will NEVER visit this location again and will be contacting the health department with the listeria/salmonella concerns. Naturally I’m more concerned with the safety of my family and the public but you couldn’t put the entire order in the bag. Save yourself a trip to the hospital and visit the location literally 2 minutes down the road.

Went in and place our order. The person taking the orders didn’t seem very informed and acted like she could care less. When I got home I realized that our chips were not on the order. My wife informed me that we were suppose to grab our own chips. Not being a Jimmy John’s regular customer I didn’t know this. Maybe it would be nice if the counter person would have relayed this info to us. Now I know why I’m not a Jimmy John’s regular.

Used to love this Jimmy John's location but they have burned me recently. It's really frustrating to have to drive all the way back to JJ's because they swapped my sandwich with someone else's. I know whoever got my sandwich probably felt the same way. And it's an extra shame because most of the sandwiches on the menu these days make me run to the toilet.

Terrible management, only good thing is a few staff members Ik have been with the company for over a decade. They do not care about their customers or integrity. This is a trend at this level of food service and customer care.

Sandwich was supposed to be a slim and I was barged extra for meat and cheese- it was the standard sandwich; and took 25 mins to put together incorrectly. No mayo, lettuce, nothing. No pickle. What the heck is going on here?!
