Went there for dinner. Occupancy was 1/3 of capacity. It was not that warm outside but quite cold inside. Drinks were horrible. First - martinis… how about cosmo in martini glass full of large ice cubes for ladies? And then I ordered martini vodka straight up with olives and received mostly olive juice with some vodka in martini glass full of large ice cubes . When I sent it back, asking for “not dirty” and to shake with ice and filter, with olives, I received a martini glass 1/3 full of warm vodka with handful of olives. Margarita was undrinkable - with artificial overwhelming flavors and little alcohol. Bartender (if there was one) should not be allowed to mix drinks. Food was “C-“ - seemed like they delivered from leftovers from Fazolli’s night shift. Cold, dirty and not very friendly. Never coming back.

I'm not sure how the majority of reviews are so good. When we arrived, the hostess seemed distressed to find us a table. There was plenty of seating so we did get seated after a few minutes, but only after she had to look around a few times. The interior is less than be desired. It wasn't dirty but felt like the inside of a fast food chain. We ordered some margaritas that tasted like pure syrup, and definitely no alcohol in them. We started with calamari for an appetizer. It was disgusting. Beyond chewy but the worst part was the breading. Very overcooked, flavorless, and not even sure what some of the pieces were. Maybe lemon peel that was deep fried. The main courses were somehow worse. My pasta itself was fine, but the ribeye pieces on top were certainly not ribeye, and maybe not even steak. They were the chewiest, grossest pieces of meat. My husband's chicken marasala was also disgusting. The chicken was very thin and also very chewy. The sauce itself was gross. The only decent piece of food that we ate was the bread. The waitress was very nice. She did originally forget to take off a coupon part but fixed it once it was pointed out. We also did not receive our free bread loaf to take home which was part of the deal. We didn't say anything at that point as we just wanted to leave. We only brought home boxes of our meals so we could feed the pieces of meat to our dogs.
Used to be a five star rating, until our experience last night.
Went in with the family. Wasn't very busy, maybe four or five other tables of people. The server we had was super rude, and very slow. Every time we asked for anything like more bread or refills, she almost seemed annoyed. At one point she sighed and even rolled her eyes when I had to ask for my Unlimited Caesar Salad to be refilled. Then the salad never even showed up until we were done eating, and they still charged me for the Unlimited, even though I only had two servings throughout our entire meal.
The pizza I ordered was burnt in the middle, and hardly baked outside on the crust, still super dought and chewy. Hardly any toppings on it, and literally only two small pieces of Chicken per slice, with the rest of the toppings just kinda stacked on top.
When asking for to go boxes, we were informed they were out of pizza boxes and given smaller boxes instead.
Needless to say, bad experience overall, and not sure I'll ever return even if this is one of my wife's favorite spots.
Old review:
Atmosphere a bit dated, and poorly lit.
Service was great and food was even better though.

Service is always great, if you go at the right time you can get seated immediately. The staff is very friendly.
I love the jalapeño tilapia with angel hair noodles (you have to ask for angel hair because it now comes with a thicker noodles). It always taste the same no matter when I come. The watermelon margarita was absolutely delicious. If you have not tried it you should.

I just want to say I would give my server Alayna a 10 out of a 10 she did a wonderful job kind, compassionate fast kept our drink filled kept our bread on the table. So kind constantly checking on us, She even sent us home with some complementary bread. Even though it was very busy, she was very attentive and should be recognized for her hard work

Absolutely terrible service. Had a wedding party at 8:30 on a Friday not a soul in the dining room. We had 2 servers no plates for our appetizer they brought the drinks out. Didn't bring mine disappeared. Another person in our party had to go find the servers to get out order started. Cause it had been over 10 mins since they brought the drinks.
