Friendly staff. Really cool decor. It was eclectic. The sweet corn casserole needed a bit of salt but otherwise good. The pulled pork was good too.
We all had a great meal. Shredded Chicken, Nachos, BBQ sandwich, and Hot Dogs. The tables are spaced apart for comfortable conversation. Very clean interior. We had the Pitmaster, Nachos, Pulled Pork thos trip. Great food!

We were doing some shopping in the area and seen your place!!! We decided to try them out and absolutely enjoyed our meals. Jackson was quick to answer all of our questions, super friendly and out going. We will definitely visit again when we are in the area.
I chose this place for our Father’s Day lunch and I was hoping it would be good. We ordered nachos as an appetizer and it was good, we ordered a three meat combo with brisket, chicken and pulled pork. Both the chicken and the pork were dry as a bone, the brisket was undercooked. I have never had undercooked brisket before but I tried it today. There was no smoke ring, the color was a light tan, and the fat that was marbled in the meat hadn’t broken down yet. It was undercooked and very chewy. So disappointed. The only saving grace was the corn and the nachos. We won’t return.
Came here for my birthday today because I wanted to try the new location. Good bbq, good sauces, good old fashion soda, and (eventually) good beer. Well worth the money for the amount of food you get. Nice country atmosphere, friendly staff, but the seats are a little uncomfortable. They are steal and not a very wide seat, ask for a booth if available. There is another location in bargersville which is very nice and has a big back patio, self serve sauces, self serve sodas, and a lot of beers on tap as well as liquors. The bbq at this location could use a little more seasoning as the sausage tasted like it was only boiled not much flavor on the inside other than a very slight smoke flavor. GET THE JALAPENO CHEDDAR DOGS if you can, they are AMAZING; unfortunately they were out when we went. They also were out of sauce bottles and only had pints. Overall good food, and good amount for prices, cant wait to come back when it is completely finished.
We came in with a large party of 12 at 7:30. The staff was very friendly, prompt and helpful. They went out of their way to even give our kids Easter eggs. The food was fast and delicious too. We will definitely be back!
They welcomed me and my service dog, had AMAZING food, and when i told her i was a truck driver she made me this special care package! Thats love. EAT HERE. Eat love. ?
Only giving the two stars because the assistant manager ended up giving us a discount because the service was so terrible. We visited mid evening on a Sunday. There was only one table full, the entire restaurant besides that was empty. When we walked in, there was a host stand, but no sign saying anything like "please wait to be seated/seat yourself", so we waited. A couple minutes later, a woman came out of the kitchen to deliver something to the guests at the only table full, and she said "You can choose a table." I usually try to be patient. Especially nowadays with everyone struggling with staffing and supply issues. But it just got worse. It was about 5 minutes before she brought us menus and took our drink order. She brought us our drinks and told us she'd be right back to take our food order. It was about another 5-7 minutes. We ordered and appetizer and it came out the same time as the food. When our food came out, it was brought to us with two small sides of plain bbq sauce. We had no idea what the other choices were and she never asked or mentioned them, but I noticed there were several bottles on higher shelves on the wall by the bathrooms. After the food was brought to us, she never once stopped by to see if everything was ok. One person in our party needed a refill. The server walked past our table to bring many items out to the other table and never once brought the refill. She actually made it a point to stare straight ahead and not look at our table. The cup was put in clear sight on the edge so that she could see it. We couldn't even flag her down. We watched her sifting through silverware multiple times and chatting with someone from the staff. Which is odd because we were given plastic-ware to use. We tried to be patient. We would have understood if it was busy. It wasn't at all. We sat there for probably 30 minutes without anyone checking on us. We saw a guy walking over to the registers and I said "Excuse me, could we please have our bill? No one ever came back after bringing the food." He apologized and brought us the bill. He gave us a discount, which was nice, but even a few minutes after putting our card down to pay, the server never came. The guy, who introduced himself as the AGM, came back and took our card and brought it back to us after, apologizing again and thanking us for not making a big deal. The only time anyone came in was towards the end of our visit. There was absolutely no excuse for the service. The food was mediocre, at best. Definitely the worst we've had in Indiana, and even the worst we've had as far as BBQ goes compared to many other states we've been to. We ordered the platter, with pulled pork, chicken, and sausage. They were out of the jalapeno cheddar and the server said that the other sausage was pretty much the same. It was presented on a generic hotdog bun and looked like it had been shriveled up and microwaved again. It tasted nothing like what jalapeno cheddar sausage tastes like. The potato salad was bland and tasted like it came from a plastic container from the grocery. The corn casserole was ok. The Mac and cheese was ok as well, but each of the sides were only filled about halfway. The pulled pork was ok, but not much flavor. The pulled chicken was gross. Even our toddler had to spit it out. It had some weird red spice on top, but tasted like canned chicken, and was lukewarm. Again, only sauce given was a plain bbq, despite a plethora of options on the shelves (not accessible by customers). We ordered a 1/2 order of nachos. The queso on top had zero flavor, not even a spice or seasoning in it. The chips served with it were plain and flavorless as well. Our entire experience was disappointing and we don't recommend it at all. If the food was good, we may give it another shot, but it wasn't.
Johnsons catered for my mom's wedding this weekend (3/12/22) and did a phenomenal job. Food was amazing and they provided excellent service. Definitely recommend them for any catering services and will plan to use them for future family events!

Visited 2 days within a week period . Food was on point both times ! The staff is professional and sweet . They are on top of it all without even having to ask . Food portion per price is extremely reasonable . Even more so that all food comes with a warm cozy inviting feeling .
Stopped in here just to check it out. We got the pulled pork nachos and some cheesecake bites. Very clean. Kayla was the absolute best!! The craft root beer and cherry vanilla soda are just fantastic!! We will def be back to try more food!
Excellent service from Maggie and fantastic food! We had the three meat sampler, half order of nachos and a brisket sandwich with a side of Mac n cheese. My 10yo kept complimenting on how good Maggie was as a server. He was very impressed. Thank you for a great experience. First time her but definitely not our last!!
Wife said pulled chicken was dry and not very warm. The pulled pork sandwich was delicious and temp was fine. Unfortunately, they were out of brisket which is my usual go to. The sauce served with the sandwiches was really good. I'll try again and try some more food and sauces. They also sell their sauce. So might be back to buy some.
Went to Greenwood I wanted to try the pizza. Not at this location, only at 135 location. So, ordered my favorite Nachos. Very disappointed. Chips have changed they were very salty. Overpowered the taste of the Nachos. Hate to say it will be sometime before I go back. I had always been happy with the food.
