I love your food but today we went by the Greenwood location. We ordered a 16 piece meal and 2 chicken pot pies. We checked the bag and a pot pie was missing. When we told the drive thru person, she acted funny and asked to see in our bag like we were trying to steal. When we got home the 16 piece only had 15 pieces, missing a breast. They may be little things but they matter.

I went through the drive through and ordered a Pot Pie and 2 wraps. My Pot Pie was so disappointing! There wasn't any Chicken in it! What in the world. Why charge $5.39 for a potato, carrot and pea pot pie. I wish that I would have just ordered 4 wraps. At least I would have gotten some chicken. I know each KFC makes their Pot pie fresh so why didn't they make sure it had a few pieces of chicken. Still hungry for chicken. Sad in Indiana.?
Food was good. Dinning room was locked with no signage. Looked like there was a children's party going on. They were very kind to my dog and gave her some treats!

I do not recommend anybody to go to this KFC. I just called to talk to a manager and the lady hung up on me now my number is blocked. I get home and nun was right in my bag. I will be calling corporate. They need everybody in there fired they was rude when we was ordering cussing in the back when we was in drive thru.

I haven’t eaten KFC in over 5 years, my last few experiences with them before I quit going were mediocre at best. They were always out of food, long waits to get what you want and prices were getting a little too high for the quality of food.Well tonight I was willing to give them another try because my wife wanted potato wedges. We got there 1.5 hours before close. A 12 price meal is now over $42. They no longer carry potato wedges, they were also already out of chicken with exception of 2 breasts and wings… And they were out of fries…
