Don’t bother with delivery service, put a order in over 24 hours ago to have delivered today between 5:30 and 7:00pm and still no deliveries what a P.O.S company try to monopolize the grocery industry and you can’t even hold up to your service.

Service: 1

Kroger has a Customer Non-Service Department. My wife and I are disabled, retired and living on Social Security. Two and a half weeks ago I ordered our weekly grocery delivery from Kroger as usual. I didn’t receive it. I called their Non-Service department and was told my money would be refunded but it would take two weeks. (As a retired IT guy, I know this is crap. Any decent web programmer should be able to fire off a transaction to their credit card portal and give me an instant refund). I never received the refund. When I called today they decided, after much research, the first guy set the refund up wrong. My refund would have to be resubmitted and it would be 7 to 10 business days (translation: two weeks) before I would receive my refund. When I complained, the lady said she could give me fuel points. I said we drive a Prius and seldom go anywhere so I hardly ever buy gas. We settled on a $30 credit for buying groceries. Kroger is a $148 billion dollar company. Yet they screw people by holding onto their refunds as long as possible so they can squeeze out a few pennies of interest. If you can, buy groceries from a smaller chain. Kroger sucks.

If you're looking for a specific type of sheet cake for a occasion it's best to give them several days notice. Otherwise they have many premade you can get wording done same day. Large package sets of cupcakes frozen AWA cakes ( sheet & round). Also terimisu, tortes, etc: they carry wide variety of items. They have 1/2 size of already packaged Bundt cakes and pies plus individual sizes made up in case. They're the only chain that carries the thick, soft cookies they bake in over a half dozen flavors. Also have donut & bagel areas.

Stopped in to use my Kroger points for some fuel. As I was starting to fuel I noticed the lady at the pump next to me was having troubles. Little sweet lady and Brett the cashier was taking time to actually help her. Amazing in todays world to find a staff member to actually help! Kudos to Brett for taking a moment of his time to help her. He even washed her window. Talk about taking care of a guest!!!! I’m impressed and happy to shop this Kroger.

maybe start to staff more than one person at the Starbucks that causes lines to form at your front door, just inside the store, so everyone gets to pass a line if people waiting for 20 minutes to buy coffee because for some reason it made sense to close all the Starbucks people can drive up to and only leave open the ones in which you get to stand next to people.

I like Kroger. Produce quality has gotten better from when they first opened. They carry a decent variety of foods. Location's very convenient.
