Host told us the server would bring us 2 high chairs, and then she stood at the front doing nothing, while we held our toddlers for 10 minutes waiting. Server was very absent, my wife’s food didn’t arrive until the rest of us were done eating. Food was good. Will try a different hibachi next time

We came here last night to celebrate my sister’s birthday, and unfortunately, the service really put a damper on the evening.
Our server, Tiara, was pushy and dismissive from the start. We were a group of six—three adults and three children—and while we originally planned to share a couple of hibachi meals (because the kids don’t eat much), she informed us that everyone at the grill had to order a full hibachi or entrée. We respected that and ended up ordering six meals, including sushi for the kids.
Despite this, she continued to argue about the hibachi policy, ignored my request to split the check between two cards, and generally gave us attitude throughout the meal. She barely checked on us, handed items to us carelessly, and made no effort to be welcoming. One of the most frustrating moments was when she ordered hibachi for everyone except one person, which led to the kids being served both sushi and hibachi plates they couldn’t possibly finish.
The hibachi chef was excellent and the food was great, but the server’s attitude and poor service really ruined what should have been a nice night. I still tipped 15% out of respect for hospitality workers, but the management needs to seriously re-evaluate how their servers treat guests. We won’t be returning anytime soon.

Restaurantji Recommends
I've been coming here to get hibachi for my aunt for 2 years now. (Usually once a month). Owner is wonderful and remembers me every time. Always recommends amazing sushi and is an absolute delight to talk with while waiting. No other hibachi place matches this location. Love, lifetime customer picking up for aunt also.

As a solo traveler traveling the country I have never been told I was not allowed at the hibachi table as a solo guest. There were 2 hibachi tables still with open seats as I was leaving. If you are traveling alone or have no friends and are trying to dine in the company of others this place is not it. Unless perhaps you are fine with people at the next table talking so loudly that you can barely hear yourself think. Food was great but as a solo guest you don't get peaceful or inclusive. Very well could have had me wait and if there was still an open spot when they started taking orders I could have joined the table. Many other places do that to be inclusive for those who don't have people.

We had a very nice time! BEST Japanese Restaurant ♥️
Vegetables were raw and burnt due to no stir, rice was crunchy, also because it just set in a pile, overly.oiled down food on top of it....the food had a fishy taste to it ....I eat there enough to know and obviously there was a problem with management lastnight....the guys were pounding and making extremely loud noises with the utensils....I probably won't be back for awhile and i might find a different hibachi place to go
The food and service were excellent.
