The manager Jeremiah is very rude. This was my choice of location but after my encounter with him will not return!!! There is a certain table I sit at and they was not busy and the table was not clean, so I asked if they could wipe the table off and apparently it offended him and he had an attitude afterwards and when he brought my food, it was not how I ordered it and he was very rude about it. He knew I wasn’t pleased and he looked at me and gave me a dirty look. He says what’s the problem I said well this isn’t how I ordered it. He says well I can remake it, but it will look the exact same way. I said no thank you I will just take my money back And go somewhere else so he snatch the plate and brought my money back and slammed it on the table. This isn’t how you treat customers. This place has changed. They are all about getting you in and getting you out. No casual conversation anymore. No one knows anything here. You ask about something on the menu, the answer is very short brief or they don't know the answer and they're not willing to find out. Such a different generation. It's been awhile since I been here and I can honestly say... IT WILL BE AWHILE FOR ME TO GO BACK. Just no happiness or smiling employees. Everyone's is like robots. They just want to get you in give you your crap and get you out and go back to talking to there friend. I have to say on a scale of 1-10 ten being omg greatness! They get a 3.

Bought a gallon of unsweet “famous” tea 2 days ago late in the day. Poured a glass to go with dinner and found it tasted off. The next day it was very smelly and probably tasted terrible. I took it back today and spoke to a smart aleck young woman who said they’re only supposed to last 2-3 days. Really? So you think charging over $10 is right for tea that has to be drunk within 48 - 72 hours Previously I had this tea last two weeks in the refrigerator so I don’t believe that crap.
I’ve been patronizing McAlisters for at least 10 years spending literally thousands of dollars and I don’t even get an I’m sorry let’s make this right??? I will NEVER go again and will drive miles out of the way to avoid this chain. I have deleted the APP and I’m done with their overpriced food and drink. They have gotten their very last dime from me. Hire some polite older people who have empathy for customers paying high prices and not getting value for their money.

Ordered at 2:46 and got our food at 3:04. Watched people around us get their food. Not sure what happened. It was only my daughter and I.
Upon walking into the restaurant it smelled like sewage/rotten egg.
Also, I went to get sweet tea. I sat down and took a sip and immediately noticed it wasn’t sweet tea. I went and told them but they didn’t seem to care. They didn’t change it.
I used to come to this location a lot but this experience today was just not it.

This Mcalister’s Deli location is amazing! 5/5 stars, would recommend! The employees here are friendly, professional and efficient. Service was fast even during rush hour for lunch. The food was delicious. I got the Grilled Chicken Ceasar wrap and a side of fresh fruit and both were scrumptious. The atmosphere was nice and comfortable and it was kept in good order and clean. This is a good location to check-out!
