We were here 10/15/2024 at 6 pm

The assistant manager on duty was working really hard and very helpful. It’s rare to see a manager out cleaning tables and checking guests and running food. I had to share how good everything was and how well guests were being treated by the crew.

There is some new staff there that is very un Professional rude and disrespectful the am manger didn't seam to care that her staff is tell paying Customer that they need to listen her name was jeremíah its her job to pay attention and to listen as a customer who works in hospitality I expect better then what I got

My son has ordered his pre-game meals from this location for the past two seasons. He received this card today with his order and was so excited! Thank you to Greenwood Place McAlister’s for keeping him energized and making him feel special. ❤️

We went there 15 min before closing. We were going to grab and eat at home. We ordered 3 sandwiches. 2 were correct. The one I ordered was supposed to be a chicken sandwich. Instead, I got a BLT with avocado 🥑. It was a wonderful surprise. I was undecided about which sandwich to order. Thanks for the new favorite. If it isn't on the menu.... IT should be!!!!.
