I went and got a sausage burrito at this location. The cheese was all melted on the paper and it was hard and the cheese at the coming out the bottom of the burrito was hard and the top of the burrito was hard and some of the sausage pieces. I went back through and got me another burrito and the top of it was hard. They're not doing what they should be doing at location. I work for McDonald's in the past like years and years ago and that is quality really gone down to not throw the items out when they're supposed to be thrown out for quality control.

If you are lucky and someone acknowledge you are at the drive-through, and if it's not the half of the week for their system to be down, it's a coin toss if you will get anything that resembles your expectation.
I love McDonald's more than most and when I started a new job down the road, I was thrilled to be able to have lunch there on most days. I am 1 year into my job and I can't understate how off and on this place is. There are days they hit home runs and give you food that will make you drool and have a full on foodgasm as you eat it. Then there are days that are equally bad. Unfortunately the bad days are not few and far between. They are so inconsistent that they manage to be consistent at not being consistent, if that makes sense. I hope they figure it out and get it right because McDonald's is way too good to be operating like this.

Usually decent for a McDonald’s, but night shift needs to get their shit together. My boyfriend ordered 3 double cheeseburgers around 9:30-10pm and they were cold and hard. He ate them anyway because he’s not one to complain and it’s all he has eaten all day. Then I come and order a number 1 around 12:15, wait for 20 minutes, first cashier nowhere to be found, I drive the one block away to my house and my burger is cold. Fries were hot. We have been boycotting y’all for weeks because of these quality issues and apparently, I should just never crave a Big Mac again.

This place is so garbage the workers there suck. I had put in the pad machine thingy, a double quarter pounder larger fries and a large regular coke. I come out with a large frie a quarter ponder with cheese and a diet coke. McDonald's call needa step up yo game frl.
They can no longer be labels as fast food. Pull up and wait for a single burger? Do better. I won’t be back

They always get my order wrong and the employees are always rude when you ask them about your order! It seems like it’s the late night crew that always has the problems and other people have had the same issue with not getting there food or they always missed up there orders! I don’t know who the owner is of this Mc McDonald’s but they need to have a talk with the night shift manager and the employees because they are so disrespectful to a lot of people! It’s so sad!
