Waited over 40 min for 3 cookies & 2 pies. Person at the window didn’t give a receipt. We were told twice ‘2 more min’. Finally went inside, waited another 20 min. When we finally received what we paid for, the stuff was cold. It wasn’t just us waiting, several ppl were waiting or in for incorrect orders. It looked like a bunch of young kids without a leader. They were all pleasant, but it was a disaster.

This has absolutely become THE WORST McDonald’s in the area! This is not an exaggeration, look at my other reviews, I don’t usually leave one start reviews. Don’t go here I repeat, don’t go here! Always slow Always forgets something and/or messes up an order. In multiple occasions they have “forgotten” French fries. Forgot French fries at McDonald’s? That’s gotta be hard to do! You know, the thing that goes with nearly every order?!? This is my local McDonald’s so my laziness has me giving them chance a free chance and they just keep screwing things up. Honestly, you’d probably be able to get a better big Mac at longjohn silvers and… you know… they don’t make those

Drive thru order fulfillment accuracy is lacking. Apparently you need to triple check that they gave you what you ordered and paid for.

The Mcrib is back and it was hands down the worst ever. The Mcrib was loaded with barbecue sauce and 1.5 pickles and 4 onion pieces. The bottom of the bun was rock hard. Totally not edible! What the hell lousy crap was that!

What a joke.. we ordered the grinch meal they come out with no boxes…. Walk in to get the correct thing, get home and no pickle sauces for the fries the main reason we got it. Go to the good McDonald’s on 135 and save yourself a headache.and raw nuggets for my son…

OK, this This isn’t the first time this is happened the past month. Ordering my food on curbside to go and not getting what I asked. You can see my order from my screenshot. There’s no substitutions there’s no adding it’s plain and simple double quarter pounder with cheese and bacon. And what’s even better is the food that I settled for Didn’t even have bacon on it. I am so tired of having a settle for food that is not mine or what I did not order and not get at all! Someone needs to be managing these people making sure the orders are right!

I have had several problems with this location involving using the mobile app. The food here is always fresh but I've pulled up to get my mobile order and they've told me my order was canceled. This is the only location that wouldn't let me order coffee after breakfast (it was 10:31am). The second order cancelled was because they were out of McGriddles?! How? I drive between patients all day so I regularly stop at several different locations and this is the only one I've ever had these issues with! Just don't use your mobile app here. I had to jump through hoops and barrels to get my money back after those canceled orders.
Usually good service/food but not always. They do try to make up for it by remaking the order,but its just one thing after another. How do you miss bacon on a bacon quarter pounder? And they don't always fill up your cups to the top usually about a half inch to an inch low.
