I write this being fully aware that when buying fast food I am stepping well below the expected or desired level of customer service but still... Attempted to go thru the drive through on April 29th at 0810. Placed my order and the lady taking my order kept talking before pushing the button so I only got a piece of the message. Sorry, I didn't understand what you said. She restated it but with the same broken message. Sorry, I still didn't understand that. They then respond in a loud voice yelling at me. "OH MY GOD...I SAID DRIVE TO THE WINDOW! There was nothing on the screen to view my order, no read back of my order or anything. At that point I chose to leave because if they will treat you like this "face to face" there is no telling what they will do to your food.

The drive thru is much better than going inside.It is just a kiosk inside and very little person interaction. It took a long time to get the food. The place was clean and had a playplace, so that was nice.Kid-friendliness: There is a play place!

This McDonald’s is the worst ones I’ve been to several times in the he past … tonight I went thru drive thru and got a double cheese burger and small , large root beer for the drink cost me 7$ what ??? And I got home and the bun was harder then a rock the meat was soggy and nasty what the heck McDonalds Learn how to do ur

Litlery the slowest McDonald's in Indiana especially on over night the food is terrible burnt meat or meat that's been sitting there for hours then when you get your food and call to complain about it and talk to a manager they don't answer then you order ur food right then they say just pull up no total no nothing like I got two separate orders and the lady wouldn't even confirm my order I mean isn't McDonald's number one rule ask ask tell tell like this McDonald's is trash and y'all are the reason why fastfood workers can't get 15 to 17 a hour y'all are complete trash honestly

I done a delivery on this one it was very interesting because the sausage egg and cheese McMuffin was more or less bra because it was not completely cooked the McMuffin was just real chewy like it was almost raw
