Food was good and fresh but drive through was extremely backed up and the person in front of me had to get out to go in and correct her order. Parking lot is a bit cramped and configured oddly. I’d avoid at peak times.

Franklin McDonald's has went down and service issues in the past 5 to 6 months ... Go their lunch time you end up getting fries that are cold they put in your bag to pick up on your mobile app, and this is after 3 minutes after putting the order in and coming directly to the store the fries were cold they wouldn't even warm.. fish sandwich I got one had no sauce on you all the other one was hard and crunchy like the overcooked it or just let it sit for a while....

The line wasn't very long but every time someone would get up to get their food they would send them around the corner just to make them wait they had four or five cars at one point cars couldn't even get through to get around to get out
