Nothing Bundt Cakes

Very sad about the discontinued snickerdoodle cakes. Had them once and now they are gone. Not returning ever.

I highly recommend! The cakes are so good and the owner is so kind. I came in with my toddler to get cakes as a gift. They had everything I needed. They had thank you cards and let me borrow a pen and even scissors for another gift I had in my car. They are so kind and helpful. I also got a cake to share with my daughter. It was amazing. I highly recommend.

All I'm gonna say is that I love their cakes but the service sucked. Alyssa K has got to be the rudest person. Horrible customer service. Very rude in her tone. Super nice to the guy that was standing in front of me. Very sad...smh DO BETTER ALYSSA K...JS

it is New Year’s Eve and I decided to get A box of mini ones and they are always delicious and usually the service has been good and I understand everybody is in a rush to get home but all 12 of my minis Were scattered and look like they have been thrown around the box

I went on a interview Tuesday November 12,2024 and the General Manager Jenny was mad because I had a hard time finding the place and I was late for a interview I was scheduled for a interview at 1045a.m.i didn't know where the place was regarding bus instructions the General Manager Jenny was rude and had a attitude about it and didn't care if I couldn't find the place and automatically made her decision about getting hired The General Manager Jenny lied to me regarding the interview because she never interviewed me The General Manager Jenny lied about the interview and had me to do a application and never had plans to hire me The General Manager Jenny never sat down and talk to me about the job or interviewed me she had me do a application and no interview I came to Nothing Bundt Cakes about 1:00p.m.and The General Manager racial profiled me because I was black and automatically didn't hire me The General Manager looked at mean mugged mean and didn't won't to hire me I told her I can work 5 days a week the bakery doesn't have a dishwasher and Jenny refused to hire me lieing about 3 interviews The General Manager lied saying she had 3 interviews and when I got a blank piece of pink paper out of the office saying she had 3 interviews nobody for a interview was wrote on the pink piece of paper this was false information given by the General Manager Jenny The General Manager Jenny lied about calling me Thursday November 14 about being hired The General Manager Jenny is not hiring black people to wash dishes and she racial profiled me looking at me crazy when I came to the bakery I knew she didn't like black people working at Nothing Bundt Cakes because i was never got interviewed I want the owner of Nothing Bundt Cakes to know that she discriminating on African American men to work at the bakery I was never interviewed by The General Manager Jenny and had me come in for nothing I need to talk to The Owner And The District Manager because of her behavior she didn't give me a chance and lied about 3 interviews The General Manager Jenny should not work for Nothing Bundt Cakes discriminating on black people this is not fair and not okay

We ordered an 8” Red Velvet cake for my 45th Birthday. We didn’t know what to expect. Well… this cake was incredible!! I’ve lived in Greenwood IN for 8 years and now I feel guilty that I’ve never had Nothing Bundt Cake since I’ve lived here. Absolutely incredible cake! The staff and atmosphere was top notch. We can’t wait to try the different flavors in the near future!

I have never in my 23 years of life seen management treat a customer so poorly in my entire life. My mothers car broke down in their parking lot and she asked to leave the car there till Thursday, 9/19/2024, as that is when she could afford to take it and get it fixed. She had a verbal AGREEMENT that it was okay to do. She called EVERYDAY to confirm it was still okay. Her car was only there for maybe 3 days as this happened late Monday night. Tell me why she went to come pick up her car and it’s gone. The manager she spoke to was so belittling and disrespectful. She refused to tell her where the car was towed too until she told the manager she would have to call the police department so that she could find it. The manager then proceeded to go to the back get the towing companies information and hand it to her. She stated “good luck” with an attitude. Jenny is who this employee was. She also asked Jenny for her superiors phone number which she did not provide. DO NOT WORK IN DINING IF YOU HAVE NO RESPECT FOR YOUR CUSTOMERS. The tone and the way you spoke to my mother was not appreciated what so ever. I will find out who your superior is and I will report you.

This place was absolutely amazing. The cake is so moist the professionalism when I walked into the place was great. Not to mention how clean the facility is and how elegant it looks. I literally had to stop myself from eating the whole cake.

Came in at the last minute, the store was beyond busy, and they were short staffed. A big kudos to the two employees that were there. They were friendly, apologetic and professional. They didn’t lose their composure and kept working as fast as they could! My first time at this store and I couldn’t have been more pleased.
