Visited this bakery for the 1st time ever. Staff was super friendly and helpful, service was pretty quick. Bought a box of a dozen small bundt cakes. They were wonderful!

Love this place....the red velvet cupcakes are to die for....but the carrot cake cupcakes were so dry and hard I couldn't even eat it...other than that..I couldn't recommend a better place to get your cakes or cupcakes..great people and extremely polite....

A one in a million bakery!I wanted to order a treat for a birthday and after some research I decided bunt cakes. But what sets them apart from any other bakery was the customer service I received from the owner and her employees. I had a specific request that couldn't be fulfilled online so I called into the bakery. I spoke to a young woman who was friendly and professional when I had asked if I can just order 6 instead of a dozen cakes, and I had questions on delivery. The young woman wasn't sure about the delivery and had me hold for the owner to assist me. Once I had the owner on the phone she listened to my request and answered my questions. I would have no problem picking up my order but it would be convenient if delivery was an option. Not only did she understand my request but she personally made this request happen! Just overall, I was so impressed by the kindness and genuine care for me as a customer and even if delivery wasn't available I still would have order the cakes and picked them up just because of how nice the two ladies I spoke to were!! 5 stars all the way!! Thank you!!!!!

I was interested in a blueberry cake, so I asked, Do they have real blueberries?”The clerk wasn’t sure , but someone in the back said yes. After trying it , I’d say these are athe same blueberries you’d get in an Eggo waffle, Oh well. Anyway, as She sealed up the bag, I asked if there would be a Fork in the bag, and was told they don’t provide those, because they would have to pay tax on that. ???!!!!! ???????????? Now I feel sorry for the employee that have to tell this to customers.
Now I have sampled NBC's fare before, both in Tucson and Jeffersonville, but not this one even though I've driven by it many times. But yesterday as I was passing by again, my sweet tooth said, "hey, don't forget about me later tonight," so I decided to turn around and go back and get a cake. Yes, a full size cake not the cupcake size ones. One thing I have learned from weight watching the last two years is being able to control my over eating urges and portion control.I originally ordered a vanilla cake in the eight inch size but they were out of that flavor so I went with the Chocolate Chocolate Chip. I did not go with the icing on top as I just don't need those extra calories. The cake tastes great without the topping. It is moist inside and was filled with lots of chocolate chips.I spotted a new flavor of Strawberries & Cream which my granddaughter will love. They are available in the cupcake size too although I think they call them Bundtinis. I do think the price point is a little high for everything.Service was fast and friendly. There were many customers coming and going as I studied the menu trying to make up my mind on a flavor. Parking was no issue as plenty of spaces were available.

We ordered the Red Velvet, Carrot and Oreo Cookies & Cream Bundlet Cakes. We liked the Oreo Cookies & Cream especially when the piece of cake included the cookie and cream because it tasted exactly like an Oreo cookie. The Carrot Cake had a nice hint of spice and sweetness (carrots and raisins) and tasted even better with the icing. The Red Velvet was delicious as well with a hint of chocolate and some chocolate chips in the cake. Also, the icing made it taste even better.

Tried some cakes for the first time here & although they were OK, nothing stood out. Not bad, but definitely no better to me than a box mix. Friendly, prompt employees. Disappointed that the special Oreo flavor was only available in the bigger size cakes. Also disappointed that the website & phone greeting for this location indicate delivery is available only to get a pop-up when checking out that delivery is actually not available at this location.

Don't cheat yourself, treat yourself. As it names implies, this place pretty much just sells bundt cakes. They have an assortment of their regular cakes including classic vanilla, confetti, lemon, chocolate chip and red velvet. They also have rotating seasonal flavors. During my visit the flavor of the season was lemon raspberry, which I was I got. The inside of the shop was very, very clean. So clean that I felt bad walking in their with my shoes on. There is not much yo the shop. There is a class case with the cakes on display, and some retail items on shelves that include bags, bowls, mugs and decorative platters. They have a decent amount parking available in the private lot that it shares with the other businesses in the strip mall that it is located. If you are trying to get your bearings as to exactly where this place is located, you will find it in the the Home Depot strip mall area, between the Upaint Pottery and the Taco and Brews restaurant. The woman working the shop was very friendly and helpful. She was patient, as I decided what cake I wanted. She took time to explain their seasonal flavors and got me a coupon on a BOGO cake for my next visit (if I completed a survey). My cake was delicious. The cake itself was moist and I loved the icing. They went very well together. I am very happy with the choice I made and look forward to trying some of the other flavors, but the raspberry lemon has set the bar high though. I highly recommend checking this place out to satisfy your sweet tooth.
