The service was excellent and prompt, however the food was mediocre and partially missing.

The restaurant was 95% empty, that should’ve given us a clue of the quality. Waitress just started off by telling us that she might not be talking right, because she had two sick children at home and she didn’t get much sleep.
Appetizer was served AFTER the dinner was served. Waitress told us she burned her thumb on the hot plates. Wrong entree was served…Bacon Bourbon Burger was ordered, received the Bacon Bourbon Filet, that was RAW on the inside!! Chicken tenders dinner was to include honey mustard sauce; it came with Ranch. We requested the honey mustard sauce… never got it. I responded to the survey but it would not let me post more than one complaint.
We will never go to any O’Charley’s restaurant.

Carry out. Last night. Ordered the bone in pork chops. They were dry and tough. But I am not here to talk about the pork chops. I am here to talk about those awesome baked beans that were on the side. Those were the BEST beans I have ever had in my 65 years. The mashed potatoes were basic, I’m not mad at the potatoes but the baked beans were FIRE straight up 10 for the beans!

Money wasted!! Horrible food through Door Dash order. Chicken strips fried into inedible pieces of hard, doughy cement. Can't even bite into them! Even Door Dash agreed and refunded me! No decent cook or manager would allow this out of the kitchen! The 135 location has went DOWNHILL big time!

Soup was cold and the server didn't bring us rolls till fifteen min after our food was brung out. Normally we have a good experience there but not this last time

Everything was okay. Do not order the reuben if you expect a normal reuben. The reuben comes with some kind of slaw instead of sauerkraut.

Food was very bland. Not what they used to be. Steak pasta ( tasted like meatloaf).
Fish and chips (6-10), lacked flavor. Everything was just really basic. Prices are a bit high for what you get. Waiter was good, fast and friendly. More of a place for older people to relax.

There's only a couple of O'Charley's left in Indy so we stopped for an early Sunday dinner while in the area. I ordered the bourbon salmon, a baked potato and salad. Everything was delicious!! I wish I would've took a picture of the salmon because it was the best I've had in a long time! It was a good sized portion, very tender, flavorful and cooked perfect! I will be returning soon.

Friendly staff, but the food quality has fell off the cliff sadly. Their potato soup had to consistency of Elmer's glue.

Super disappointed with my pick up order. My salad has wet and brown lettuce under some nicer looking lettuce so it was inedible. Then I got a pretzel and there wasn’t even enough cheese to dip even a quarter of the pretzel in it. Wasn’t even three cm high in the cup it was in. It was a crappy day and I was looking forward to eating something delicious and I got quickly thrown together inedible food and almost no cheese.

My picture is after I dipped my pretzel one time. It was thrown upside down in my bag, but nothing fell out. Never again.
