The food here is pretty good, but the staff make it an all-around great experience. Everyone is super friendly and attentive to your needs. My husband and I decided last-minute to make a visit today on our way home from traveling all day, and it just happened to be Free Pie Wednesday. We also had the pleasure of our server being a lovely fellow named Shane. The manager of the establishment also walked by our table and asked about our meal. Everything was great.

I got the Salmon filet on a cedar plank cooked by Jerry. He did a great job on the filet along with asparagus and a baked potato for sides.
My wife and I sat in the bar and Shane was our server...he did an excellent job waiting on us. Very enjoyable dinner.

Not a very health conscious menu but it was a friendly environment and a pleasant experience

Best chicken tenders around! Love the atmosphere. My husband and I always sit at the bar. The bartenders make the best $5 margaritas.

Monday's $5.99 Chicken Tenders deal is fantastic

We dined at this great restaurant over a week ago. Our server, Tetris, has a great personality and did a fine job.

The manager, Cindy, was helpful, outstanding and everything you could ask for in a manager.

It was also nice to see that the rolls and free Wednesday night pie 🥧 have returned. Kudos on a wonderful experience!

Always a great experience. Last we were dining with our neighbors (elderly in their 90's) and they took us out in appreciation for some things we did for them (totally unnecessary). Their credit card was denied five times according to the waitress. Awkward! I gave the waitress my card and commented to our distraught and embarrased neighbors that I hoped my card didn't go through so that we would know it was O'Charlies issue and not theirs. Well, after some time the waitress came back, stated that O'Charlie's system was the culprit. They had trouble with mine too but it finally went through. Rather than rerun the original card and make amends, the manager brought the ticket to our table (my credit card charge) for me to sign. The neighbor asked for their card to be re-run since their were no issues with it. The waitress refused saying she was very busy with another group she needed to attend to. Huh? If you ever have had a credit card declined in front of other guests or people, it is a traumatic and extremely embarrassing situation. The only consolation was that it was free pie night. Except for this crazy situation, the service was top notch and the waitress was wonderful. Come on O'Charlies. This couple we were with were 93 and 95 respectively. Maybe a little more hat in hand on your part was due in order for them to save face. It put a suttle strain on the rest of our evening.

Love Free Pie Wednesday! This Greenwood location has been good lately. Most everyone is friendly and food usually comes out quickly. If you like shrimp and grits, the new one is fantastic. The grits are creamy and they use the Cajun chicken pasta sauce on top. It is so good! I usually get the Cherry pie. Have them warm it up a little. 😋

We picked up 3 dinners for curbside pickup. Our food was hot, made correctly and tasted awesome!! We will be ordering again.

I’ll be honest it’s not the restaurant fault that I didn’t like the food. It wasn’t all what I was expecting. Server was awesome.

Father's birthday and he wanted to go to O'Charleys for lunch. They usually go to the Emerson/County line road location but since we were in Greenwood he opted for this. Arrived shortly after 11 a.m open and was seated in bar. Heard hostess tell bartender they were short staffed and get ready to get "slammed". Server was pleasant but slow and missing. Waited a long time to get our drinks and it wasn't until our food waa out that we realized we hadn't been served rolls. Before we could ask she dropped off several baskets to the various bar area tables. They were terrible. They were dry, not hot, and seemed old. When our food came out (mom n dad had ordered the 6 oz sirloin medium/medium well) both their steaks were over way overcooked. Mom was hacking at hers and chewing forever. My fried shrimp was ok but side of Mac n cheese was dry and devoid of any cheese or sauce. Mashed potatoes was ok. Also dad had ordered a salad and they had brought it out w his meal. Mom n Dad aren't complainers and as it was Dads birthday she told me later that was why she didn't send the food back or say something to staff. We were offered free pie (free pie wenesdays) and only dad's came out looking like pie (chocolate) mine and mom's (apple and cherry) had melted flat on the plate and filling oozed all out (obviously microwaved). They both commented this place isn't like our O'charley's. The place seemed busy but food was way unappealing. Our server asked if we would like to-go boxes for their half eaten steaks and we're told no. I mentioned our food wasn't that great. She said sorry. Overall underwhelming experience. They said they wouldn't be back.

This was the worst service I have ever had. My fiancé and I and our 17 month old son walked in to be created by a host and she said she will be with us soon and that she had to clean tables and she had an attitude about it. Secondly after waiting a while we finally get sat. The host had to get us drinks because our server wasn’t to be found. So we got strawberry lemonade for our son and all the syrup was on the bottom so I had to stir it for my son to drink it. Then we waited 15-20 minutes to get me and my fiancés drinks. And our server Ashley finally shows up. She looked like she was high off her mind like she wasn’t completely there. And told her we wanted chips and queso for an appetizer and ordered our son’s food because he was crying because he was hungry. Waited probably another 10-15 minutes on that. Which was okay. But when we got it, it was cold. Our server apologized and said they were slammed and she has a headache. Which there were only 3 tables including us there at the time. No one else came in so I know its not because “their slammed” so we ate anyways fed our son. Then she came back another 10-15 minutes later to get our order. I said I wanted shrimp scampi with Alfredo in it, with asparagus and fries and my fiancé wanted fried chicken salad. We waited along time for it which is whatever. Once we got our food that she brought to us. She gave me a side dish with maybe 2-3 ozs of Alfredo to put on my pasta. Which wasn’t even enough. My food wasn’t even hot and I asked her where my asparagus and fries were and she said yes I will get that for you. And the only thing that was good were the fries. I’m a server at a different restaurant so I know how things work. And this service we got was absolutely terrible. Either find better servers and make that place better or continue to hire people who get high during their jobs. UNACCEPTABLE!!
