The food was so bad it looked old and felt hard. This is my last time being a customer of Ocharleys after 20 years. There are so many better options I only ate here every once in a while because of nostalgia but that's over.

Stopped in on a whim and was glad we did. Our server was fantastic, and the manager even checked on our table. Food was cooked perfectly, and the warm rolls + Free Pie Wednesday were a nice bonus. Relaxed vibe, good food, and friendly staff — just a small sauce mix-up, but it was fixed right away.

Very disappointed in the family meal today. No sauces were in the bag and only 16 tenders. Not worth wasting the gas from bargersville to have it made right. This is the 2nd recent visit that hasn't been good quality or fully correct. We won't be returning. We usually order monthly.

We were greeted by a very kind hostess. We got a rude, flippant, and unconcerned server. We asked her if they could tone down the loud music (we have done this here before)and she nastily said “we don’t do that”. I would say next time I’ll ask for the manager but we’ve decided to never go O’Charley’s again.

The shrimp (what few and small they were) and grits were downright disgusting. The grits were so runny it looked like a plate of vomit. The yeast rolls they were so famous for were old , crusty, and tasteless. Not the soft, chewy wonderful hot rolls of yore. The potato skin appetizers were so overdone that I couldn’t even cut them the next day.

I tried to get the server’s attention to get a spoon for the extra runny grits but she kept ignoring me. I finally got one from the hostess. I started to leave a generous tip (cause that’s what I do) ; then changed my mind and gave it to the startled hostess. Next time and future times Applebees right next door.

The food here is pretty good, but the staff make it an all-around great experience. Everyone is super friendly and attentive to your needs. My husband and I decided last-minute to make a visit today on our way home from traveling all day, and it just happened to be Free Pie Wednesday. We also had the pleasure of our server being a lovely fellow named Shane. The manager of the establishment also walked by our table and asked about our meal. Everything was great.

I got the Salmon filet on a cedar plank cooked by Jerry. He did a great job on the filet along with asparagus and a baked potato for sides.
My wife and I sat in the bar and Shane was our server...he did an excellent job waiting on us. Very enjoyable dinner.

Not a very health conscious menu but it was a friendly environment and a pleasant experience

Best chicken tenders around! Love the atmosphere. My husband and I always sit at the bar. The bartenders make the best $5 margaritas.

Monday's $5.99 Chicken Tenders deal is fantastic
