Food is great but wouldn’t recommend to come during rush. I came in the store ready to order my food but walked in to a herd of people in a long line with some customer yelling rudely at the poor workers. On top of that, nobody seemed to take charge, was there no managers on duty to handle that customer I wondered. I prefer to see better management in this store.

I generally never complain when little mishaps occur, however this time was ridiculous. Went in about 8pm, knowing they don’t close until 1030 so I wasn’t worried about selection. However my wife ordered fried rice and double teriyaki. There were about 8 customers waiting for their orders and some pickups. She was told to wait about 5 minutes because they had run out of teriyaki, but no problem. I ordered white rice, shrimp and teriyaki. Then they said they were out of white rice and I would have to pick something else. Next, they were again out of teriyaki and it would be about 20 minutes, meanwhile my wife’s order was completed and sitting on the prep line getting cold. I went ahead and picked something they had which was down to only orange chicken. I ordered a Diet Coke but they didn’t give me the cup until I finally asked for it. I filled the Diet Coke at the fountain and discovered it was actually root beer. I was told someone had complained earlier and they said to try the root beer to see if it was dt. Coke, it was actually Dr Pepper. After complaining they finally gave me a Coke Zero in a bottle and said they would fix it tomorrow. Got to the table, no fortune cookies. Went and asked and they said they were out of those. So a oriental fast food place with no rice, no fortune cookies, back ordered chicken teriyaki, and a fountain machine giving mystery drinks????? Not to mention it was the first time I had been in there and the floors were dirty and tables needed wiped down.

Walked in to get a pick up order and there were 5 people waiting for pickups. 7 employees but no one offered to help. The one person responsible was too busy checking out people in the line to hand out prepaid prepared meals. Total lack of respect for time. What should be a 30 second activity took 8 minutes. Why even order ahead here???

The food here is always good and the staff is always friendly. I just wish it was cleaner. It is always a mess in the dining area. Of course this would be better if customers cleaned up after themselves a little. I am always appalled by the messes some people leave behind.
do yourself a favor and drive a little farther to an Indy location. this location always has old hard dried out meats and the veggies are barely cooked very hard.

Always out of options. Or have to wait for it to be prepared. But hardly anyone stationed at the grill. They need someone out cleaning the tables. Not the worst but frustrating. Would go to another location it wasn’t 20 min away.

About a month late, but very helpful staff. I was a bit confusing when placing my order and hadn’t noticed the food wasn’t what I initially wanted.
Staff was very understanding and even put in the extra effort to give me the food I wanted.
Very pleased with the employees at this location. They do the job they are supposed to do and then some. Kind, respectful, and hard-working.
