This location is horrid. Walked in and the cashier was mopping an hour before closing and was very obviously frustrated that customers were coming in. AN HOUR before closing. She was rude, said “EXCUSE ME” upon walking in. Sandwich was wrong, went in and asked for it to be fixed and it was wrong, again. A grilled chicken avocado melt and it was missing avocado and the cheese. It was chicken on bread. The entire staff, with the exception of the manager, are absolutely incompetent and not welcoming. Save your money for anywhere but here.

Gotta admit, never been in a Panera Bread before. My companion wanted to stop there so tried it. Staff were great, friendly and helped with menu choices. Food was great, my companion had soup and salad, seemed pleased and had been there before. I had a simple mac and cheese with a baguette. It was really good.
Vegetarian options: Friend is a vegetarian. They made her a chicken and greens salad without the chicken and she enjoyed the soup as well.
Kid-friendliness: Casual atmosphere with plenty of seats, and they did have a kids menu.
Wheelchair accessibility: Seemed adequate, order lane might have been a bit narrow but no one with a wheel chair was there to confirm. Otherwise seems to be fine.

Michelle (the old one that works at the front) should not be allowed to interact with people. I’ve never had such a blatantly disrespectful interaction with a worker like we just had with her. Got 2 bread bowls and she criticized us saying we were ordering too much bread. (at Panera BREAD? a company that sells 90% bread?) After we left we realized that they left our baguettes out of the bag so unfortunately had to tell Michelle that and she said “well go tell them then” and pointed us down to the pickup counter instead of doing her job and simply grabbing them for us. Then the guy at the pickup counter handed us the bread in a napkin, no bag, without gloves on. I get it’s a Saturday night but come on. Andrew the Manager was nice when I spoke to him though.

The male food handler in the green with black hair and black mustache took off his hat, scratched his head, then proceeded to prepare my food with the same hands and fingers. When I looked over the counter to see him continuing touching food, he got an attitude and told me dont look over the counter. He also tried to pick an argument with me and tried to brush my concern off when I brought up him scratching his head. I just requested refund from the cashier and left. Shame on him for that terrible customer service, bad attitude and unwelcoming atmosphere.

Super disappointed that this is what I'm paying $6+ for. Its barely got anything in it and looks half eaten. 😕
