I have given this location multiple chances over the years and they consistently make about the worst pizza in greenwood. Their staff ignores you until you get their attention. I've had almost every order remade because they never get it right. They are less than 2 minutes from my house so I want them to be good, but I will finally be saying goodbye permanently.

Somehow, some way Papa John’s will mess up an order. Ordered online for delivery…they said it was pick up. Ordered online was wrong.

Thin crust pizza was half and half. They got everything perfectly on each side. Edges were a little burnt but no biggie. Unsauced wings were baked done without being dry.
We've had issues in the past, but the last 3-4 times everything has been great.
Customer service at pickup was excellent. He was polite and acted like I was important instead of a number.

Took a chance and ordered from this location this evening. They are 100% now for not delivering our entire order for the last 4 orders. We’re officially done with Pappa John’s. Looks like pizza Wednesday is going to be Jets going forward.
