I love papa Jon's pizza but don't go to this location the last three times I have been there the pizza was horrible one time the pizza and cheese bread had a bubble in the dough which was half the pizza all the topping where on one half and did not have much on them to begin with last night I got carry out so I could check it out before I payed for it took a quick look and it looked all right but got home and the bottom of the pizza and the cheese sticks were burnt. I have been in the food service for many years if you mess something up you remake it most people will wate for good food. I wasted my money the last few times I have been there will never go to this one again. Find another location or go to another pizza chain they don't know how to cook a pizza here.

Disgusting. I rarely post reviews but this place was inedible. Nearly 40 bucks for a soggy cold pizza and garlic knots that were brown on the outside and literal dough on the inside. Never again.
Placed an order for pickup at 4:30 PM set to pick up at 6:15 PM. I got to the restaurant at 6:15 and had to wait over 15 minutes before someone even acknowledged me.

Can't follow simple instructions, won't puck up the phone. They made my pizza incorrectly and I couldn't eat it due to allergies. I called the store and they put me on hold for 20 minutes before I gave up. I skipped dinner because they don't understand customer service at all
Dietary restrictions: They put cheese on a pizza when I asked for NO cheese due to allergies.

Pizza un done very doey cheese looking at me you guys use way too much cheese ordered on line my two pizzas were ready 2.2 seconds after ordering there’s no way I was so hungry I went and picked my pizzas up this pizza is disrespectfully nasty I won’t be going back only good thing was the employees I didn’t receive my two sauces I paid for bad experience you only get one time to serve me bad pizza very disappointed customer

10/4/2024. I do not post much reviews but when I do I want them to have an impact. Picked up my nephew and niece from sitters to help out my sister while she was working OT. She ordered a pizza and some wings from this location. Order was supposed to arrive no later than 6:04 PM on Friday Night. I get that Fridays are busy. No show on delivery. My sister calls around 7:10 pm which is an hour later. They said they will resend and have out in half an hour. Still no show. Then manager calls her up and says delivery never went out so we are sending you 2 orders and will be there in 30 minutes. 40 minutes passes and my sister calls back and said that Door Dash took order then brought back to the store. Long, story I know. She ended up taking kids to Taco Bell after 9pm. BTW, I did make a salad for the kids after 1st order did not get here. Kids are usually in bed by 7 to 8pm and they were good but ready for bed and hungry. Peyton or Shaq. Please call me. This is out of this world.
