If I could give zero stars I would. Don’t even bother. Was told the lobby was closed when I got there. Waited an hour in the drive through. After being told my pizza wasn’t ready and I should go back through in a few minutes. My pizza was basically cold by the time I even got to the window. Thanks for wasting my time.

Sat in the pickup line for 20 minutes after being told my order was ready. 5 of which was sitting at the window and nobody came to check on me. The guy inside would glance o er byt nothing was said or done. I finally got my order about 30 minutes after being told it was ready on the app.

I am very disappointed by delivery system i ordered pizza and papa john is 0.4 miles from my house i just ordered one veg pizza and it took more than 1 hour and till now it didn’t arrive I don’t know what is going on so from now i will never order anything from papa johs i am very frustrated

Ordered pizza from there tonight, best papa John’s I’ve ever had. They say nobody put pizzas the hut. This place does! 5 stars isn’t enough credit but it’s all they let me give. If you’ve ordered from this location before, order again asap. It’s worth it!

The rating should be higher. The pizza was made perfectly! We got a mushroom pizza and the sauce to cheese ratio was better than most Papa John's locations I've visited. You guys deserve a raise making quality pizzas that late at night!

WARNING THEY ARE NOT OPEN TODAY EVEN THOUGH THEY SHOULD BE: Took my money via online order today (June 20th) and not an employee in sight when I arrived. Store is closed but they have no issues taking your money. Of course I can't get a refund through customer service and will now have to charge back my credit card if not remedied by the store.
The pizza was good, made right and was ready on time but what kills me is that you pay $1 per sauce cup that is only filled a quarter of the way full. That's maybe 2 tablespoons of sauce in a tiny plastic cup. I even took a picture of the sauce cup to post elsewhere. Papa John's pizza is only good with the sauces, otherwise it's trash pizza.

Order pizzas tonight it clear states bacon extra cheese and peperoni. Get the pizza and it's sausage and peperoni no bacon and no extra cheese. Yeah the manager gave me a refund but that's not the point I drove 20 mins to get this and it's screwed up. Now I'm out dinner because I don't care foe sausage . Kinda why I order it without sausage

Very good food all around. The only reason this location doesn't get 5 stars is because you almost never get the sauces you order if you get delivery or don't check all the boxes before you leave. Staff is very helpful and timely, but it would be nice not to have to go back and ask for what I paid for.

First time we’ve ordered Papa John’s pizza in many years. It will be many years before we order it again. We ordered two cheese pizzas with double cheese, one with extra sauce. Both pizzas had minimal cheese, and there was no difference in the amount of sauce, which was also minimal. The highlight was the Parmesan garlic breadsticks. They were good. We did a pick up order and the employee was knowledgeable and kind.
