The DoorDash driver brought me my food. It was sideways in the bag. He got it out, open the box and it fell on the floor and this is how I received my pizza. The guy that night said he would replace my order. And. I call in order tonighthey told me they can only give me one topping large pizza and I gave the guy $50. He said the guy tonight said he can't do nothing. But my food on the 27th was messed up. It's on camera at my hotel. And they think I'm lying as I stated I couldn't eat my food on the 27th of this month. Because the driver for the pizza dropped my pizza. When it was coming out of the DoorDash bag a Papa John said there's nothing they can do about it. I would never order pizza here ever again. And not only that, the driver was in the parking lot for at least good 25 minutes before he even left with the pizza's

Went to this location as a Dasher the night before...store was extremely busy for the volume of orders that where coming In. There was two ladies that was running the store and when I tell you they handled their own and handle business that's exactly what I mean take care of your employees they take care of you manager should definitely give them their props a raise is definitely needed in this case!!!

We got a few heart shaped pizzas for Valentine’s Day, and we called to ask for some cheese to get added, willing to pay…. She said she would throw it in, super cool… but forgot them or the fire dash driver did, BUT called to ask about them and they sent them and a free pizza! More for for the kids is always a plus in his parents book. Quick meal after getting off the school bus, PRAISE THE LORD. I’ve had a few incidents here before but the service has been above and beyond. I’ve worked in food service most of my working life, things are going to happen, but to make it a priority that decent customers are satisfied is more important than the food in a lot of ways, they do go hand in hand, and if one’s bad you can fix it with the other. If you feel like they just don’t care, you aren’t likely to return. Thanks for treating us like humans!

Always love this location but I picked up a pizza for dinner and my pizza is over done. The crust isn’t fluffy like normal, super thin and almost burnt. Also had to cut it myself. Just not what I was looking forward to.

The food isn't bad, but the service and issues during deliveries are so consistently bad, that I'll be taking my business elsewhere. Generally speaking, they were pretty solid on following up on customer service complaints whenever an issue arose, but they appear to have to have stopped doing that recently.Examples of issues:- Delaying food 2 hours or more- Utilizing door dashers who leave food without ringing the doorbell or using the tracking apps- Substituting items without calling to confirm a substitution would be acceptable- Failing to follow up on Customer Complaints (this one is new...)

Doors are locked. Have to go through the drive thru and I had to sit in the line for over 45 minutes. Tried calling the store and they have their phone turned off. Absolutely ridiculous.

I placed an order that was delivered at the promised time, however it was not my order. I put half of this on the store and the other half on the door dash driver for not verifying (the first name was the same). I managed to flag down the driver to give it back to them so they could get it to the correct person. I proceeded to call the store. I was on hold for 5 minutes when they answered and told me to hold. Another 10 mins pass and I decided to drive to the store while being on hold the entire time. I asked for the manager and explained the situation. She found my completed order cold and barely offered me anything for my trouble. They did offer to remake the order but would be another 30 mins and still nothing for my trouble nor a return of my delivery fees and such. I just asked for a total refund. So I left the store upset and with no food. The manager also made some snide comment about Greenwood as I left. Totally unprofessional and unappreciated. They messed up and I am the one being left without.

Honestly papa johns is lucky the food is good otherwise you would be out of business and the quality is starting to lack too y’all are overpriced 35$ for a large pizza is insane the fact a large pizza costs more than my internet says

Came in to pick up pizza for my family. Stood at the counter without being acknowledged for 10 minutes. As someone came up to the front with deliveries I said ‘hey can you just check on my order it says it’s ready’. Another worker then rudely said to me WE’RE BUSY IF YOU DONT LIKE IT YOU CAN GET OUT. I said hey you don’t have to talk to me like that, my order is ready is why I asked. She then continued to yell at me and I took my pizzas and left. Called to speak to the store manager to just say hey maybe shouldn’t yell at customers. It was the same woman who simply said GOODBYE and hung up. Thanks Kathy for the stellar service. Got home and she had opened the garlic sauce container in our box of pizza and it was everywhere. We will never be back. I did reach out to corporate.
