Food was good as always at Penn Station. Fries were a little overcooked but still tasted great. Service was quick and restaurant was clean.

They mised the mark today. 20 minutes for sandwich and fries at 5 after noon. Food was good but work flow very unorganized.

We recently placed a catering order with Penn Station for our company meeting, and everything was absolutely perfect! A huge thank you to Corbin, the General Manager, for ensuring that the entire process was smooth and professional from start to finish. The order arrived right on time, the food was fresh and delicious, and all of the toppings were packaged separately just as we had requested — which made serving so easy for our team.

Corbin and the entire Penn Station team went above and beyond, and we truly appreciated the attention to detail. We received tons of compliments from our staff about how great the food was.

The place was disgusting dirty. Food was not made the way I ordered it. I payed over 30 dollars for two people to eat. I got frys that looked like they were petrified. I told the manager and he said the fries was from the morning when they were balanced. With that being said it was 3 o'clock in the afternoon. Stop11 and US 31 in Indianapolis. Employee all standing around on there phones. Water all over the floor and nobody cared. They need to be closed down until they clean the place up.

Foods good. A bit on the pricey side.

Sandwiches were awesome. But.....FRIES were AWFUL. Old, dark oil soaked & inedible.

We ordered at the counter and waited almost 40 minutes for 4 sandwiches. The place was all but empty. The priority was given to online orders and uber eats. Super frustrating when the place is empty.
