Manager was definitely short staffed for a Friday night. She had a lobby full of upset people and was still able to keep her composure. Food was incredible. Even made it right for us by giving a discount on our next order. Hope she gets promoted or a raise soon.

I order pizza. Breadsticks and wings. Had it divered and it was missing wings. I called 6 times and no one answered. I then went to store and was there 30 min and noone asked me what i wanted. The phone rang 4 times and noone answered the phone. They were ignoring the phone. When i left there was atleast 8 people waiting for their order. Store number 0067 needs new management or employees that actually give a damn. Im am done with this pizza hut. Horrible customer service. This pizza hut should be shut done

This is the closest pizza place to my house. The crust is never cooked all the way but my wife likes it. Never get the pizzas on time. Always 15-20 minutes after the website or rude order taker says it will be done. Employees are dirtier than average pizza place workers.

Th store is terrible, it’s dirty stood inside for about 10 minutes without being seen/ employees walking past me without asking if I needed help or anything. Don’t recommend this spot!!!
Where do I start. I ordered through the app. At 5:19pm it tells me my pizza is ready. I requested curbside so i figured it would be out in a couple of min. Inside there are several people waiting. I went in at 5:25pm to see what was going on. I was told that my pizza was waiting to be cut. There were at least 7 pizzas (no joke) waiting to be cut. Mine was 1 of 3 sitting on top of the oven. I finally got my pizza at 5:40pm only because I turned into a Karen, sorry. But when I saw three pizzas sitting on top of the oven, several more on some kind of each in front of the oven and 2 more fresh out. The guy cutting was in absolutely no hurry to do his job and looked like he didn’t care. Pizza was cold, obviously, and nasty. And I even tipped them to bring it to my car! Manager offer me the tip back, I refused.

After i submitted my order on the app, I was informed that my order would be delivered by door dash instead of an actual pizza hut employee. In typical door dash fashion, they dropped off orders before mine, drove in the complete opposite direction twice, and just had my pizzas sitting in the backseat of their car without a bag to keep my food heated. Room temp pizza, complete joke. Just pick it up yourself from this location
