Order was delivered promptly, but pizza looked like the box had been dropped at some point. It was folded on top of itself and slid into one half of the box. Returned with driver. Called to ask for refund. Manager agreed but was rude, did not apologize. Hung up on me. I did get my refund though.

An employee walked off the shift leaving two associates. One was ready for a net ous breakdown and the other was dismissive with customers. Sorry to see this. Also, was told all pizzas had to be redone that were ordered. Waited longer than time quoted. Bad situation ?

Had the hot honey pizza the previous weekend thanks to my sister ordering one for me to try it. Came back for more and was extremely disappointed! Pizza was undercooked and there was literally no hot honey sauce on it whatsoever!!! Feel like I just completely wasted $20.

I've ordered from this location a handful of times. The service is usually slow and the employees are usually rude but the food was fine in the past. I placed an order today for two pizzas and a double order of breadsticks. It says online that a double order of breadsticks comes with two free sauces. I wanted an extra sauce so I ordered an extra sauce. When my husband went to pick up our order, the employee working refused to give him the free sauce and argued that the sauce I paid for was a substitute for the free sauce that comes with it, not extra sauce. Not only was the interaction rude, and the employee not willing to confirm that's what the website offers, and the employee uncaring of the receipt that my husband provided showing that we ordered extra sauce, the breadsticks we ended up not having enough sauce for were hard and flat. They obviously don't care if they keep business so I'm sure they won't be heartbroken when we take ours to a place that provides the items customers pay for.

After placing an order online we got a message saying the order was canceled. I called the store to ask what was going on. I was told that the system that communicates with door dash was down. Ordered 5:42 for deliveryWent and got it myself 7:07Pepperoni Lovers..... very few PepperoniSupreme.... sausage, Pepperoni and onion .... that's it!!!!Bread sticks ..... way over cooked or re-heatedI was told that the Doordash guy didn't show???The Doordash guy called me at 6:21 and said that he was there and the counter person said that the pizza wasn't done....I went and picked it up... had to wait almost 20 minutes after arriving..... poor job Pizza Hut!

Last three visits I didn’t get a cheese cup that was ordered with my bread sticks. This visit the cashier watched me come through the door as he put my two melts in the warmed and then proceeded to go to the other side of the wall and just stand and talk to another employee not work related while I stood at the counter for almost 5 minutes. Another employee that was making pizza finally told them I was at the counter. So no after paying for three cheese cups and holding on my melts there was zero tip left today. Sorry guys but I appreciate good service and today wasn’t it.
