We are vegetarians but there was cross contamination in the food. We found a big chunk of meat in our vegetarian bowl. It was not acceptable. The staff were not ready to help as they were making faces while we were talking to them. Definitely wouldn’t recommend this location.

No ice. Fountain drinks had no syrup. It was soda water. All tables dirty. Food all over floors and dirty. Tasteless food. No napkins. Chicken was burnt. Food not fresh looking. Obviously poorly managed in its current state so I would avoid.

So personally I have never actually walked into this location, but the food here is SO GOOD. I always order from here on doordash. I recently tried Chipotle bowls for the first time and have gotten food poisoning after eating it unfortunately, so eating Qdoba has lightened me up. (I love that the rice was actually cooked.)

Emily, Mia, and Elvin did a great job of preparing my food while recommending what toppings pair best.. since it was my first time eating at a Qdoba, hopefully all of the other locations are as helpful! 10/10 would recommend.

Place was clean and we got service fine, the food was good. The one serving us poor guy looked and acted like he hated his life. He never acted rude to us at all and was cool and calm about my daughters lack of ability on making up her mind, but wow you could tell he had a ruff night. Definitely would go back but next time armed with a good joke!
So my husband picked up food for us on his way home. When he brought it home his bowl was fine but mine smelled really off and tasted off too. I was pretty sure the thing that was off was the sour cream and I asked if he got any. He did but he said that he got a fresh bottle and that with mine they finished off an old bottle. It was/is completely inedible. We tried calling to see if they could refund my bowl because paying for a meal I can't eat is a bit much and after some back and forth they said the only way we could get a refund would be if we drove all the way back to their location to request itIn my opinion and experience with the few times I've had to get refunds from other places, this is unreasonable and we are honestly never going back
