So my husband picked up food for us on his way home. When he brought it home his bowl was fine but mine smelled really off and tasted off too. I was pretty sure the thing that was off was the sour cream and I asked if he got any. He did but he said that he got a fresh bottle and that with mine they finished off an old bottle. It was/is completely inedible. We tried calling to see if they could refund my bowl because paying for a meal I can't eat is a bit much and after some back and forth they said the only way we could get a refund would be if we drove all the way back to their location to request itIn my opinion and experience with the few times I've had to get refunds from other places, this is unreasonable and we are honestly never going back

I went to this qdoba for breakfast , me and my family. I waited in line for a while , and watched an employee make herself and another employee a burrito for themselves before we were waited on…. The lady with the pink hair who I assumed is a manager wouldn’t let me use my meal coupons. When every other stores lets me use more then one in a single Transaction. Not a big deal, but she was very rude and kind of aggressive.

I went there abt one month ago. maybe it was because it was late, but the serving counter on their side was a mess, one worker was rude. some drinks were empty. i dont think i will go back.
Small portion( was not worth$12), poor quality, made the food sloppy with food on the rim part of the bowl,and poor service..I will not return!

If there is a worse restaurant in Greenwood, I'd hate to go to it. The employees slamming orders into bags, Cussing and complaining about orders they have to prepare, and just being completely rude to customers and delivery drivers alike. Should fire both front guys who were working Friday, Oct 27th between 8:00 and 9:00.

The only reason I'm leaving this review is to give a shout out to Cornel at the Qdoba in Greenwood. My wife and I came in with our young child to Qdoba this week to order take out. Cornel provided amazing service to all three of us (as well as other customers) while also being in the middle of a dinner rush. The food was really good as well, but I just wanted Cornel to be recognized for his awesome service.

This location is going down hill I ordered a burrito that was poorly wrapped and got all over me when ordering the burrito dude at the counter had a attitude the whole time I also ordered a large chips and quac and it barley had enough quac to fill the bottom of the container the chicken inside the burrito was burnt and dry just a really bad experience
