Where do I start? I placed a delivery order through the Rallys app and just about an hour has gone by since my order was apparently picked up by a Dasher. I can't get ahold of the Dasher at all, and while that has nothing to do with Rallys, I can't get ahold of the restaurant either to get some clarification on anything. Everytime you call the number it says the line is busy and to leave a message to get a return phone call. Thanks for nothing I guess?

Ordered online to pick up on my lunch break. I arrived 20 mins after I received a text that my order was ready only to pull up and be told they gave my order away because someone ordered the same thing and I had to wait for them to drop more wings. 15 mins later I receive my order only for them to get it wrong. I return in line to let them know the flavors of wings were wrong and I just wanted a refund. The guy I’m assuming the manager or team lead couldn’t figure out how to do it as it was an online order. Honestly I see why all locations are being closed, nobody seems to know or cares about how to do their job.

No response at drive thru. I drove around. Someone was sitting on the opposite drive thru window facing in. I drove around again. No response so I pulled up to the window. Three guys in there. I asked if they were opened because the guy looked confused. I said I was trying to order but there was no response. He said something about the box not working? But he could take me order there. Yeah no thanks. The whole thing was off.

I ordered, paid and got my food in under 4mins. I got fries and chicken and a shake. The fries n chicken had to have been sitting for far too long. Cold, rubbery and stupid hard at the same time.. Disgusting 🤢 I got a shake also. It tasted like i was drinking out of a syrup bottle...gross This rallys has had its ups and downs in the last 10 years. it was good till it was bad and this seems like the same plot as last time it was good till bad. Training would be a good option

I can see why all the Rally's in my area are closed this place is NASTY the soda taste like they have never cleaned the machine ALL of the night shift workers are rude and dirty looking and they always have you pay and then pull around the building even though there's no designated places to do so they just have you go the wrong way through their other drive-thru
