I had received a wrong burger that was old and cold. Yet, the next time I visited Rally’s, I’d mentioned my experience to Devin & Brittany. They were awesome in helping me get the situation rectified. Due to Brittany & Devin’s ability to understand and provide optimal service; I walked away very satisfied w the service and problem solving these two displayed. Give em a raise Rally’s!

Not sure what the young man's name was at the window it is 11:29 a.m. on January 14th 2024. But the gentleman at the window was extremely polite and the food I was served was to my car almost instantly was hot like it just came off the grill same with the fries. Great service today thank you.

Asked for the BBQ bacon mother cruncher and got a chicken sandwich with only BBQ on it what the actual hell. Waste of money and time going here. Plus out of mozzarella sticks.

They got my food right but watching them grab frozen chicken and placing it into the fryer without warring gloves make me a bit concerned.Welp this company has lost my $$ for the last time! Just shows people are only there for the paycheck not the quality of food ? 8/31/23 I was served raw chicken sandwich & that's the last day I'll spend my $.

Great food here! Whoever they have cooking meals is good at what they do. I have eaten here in the afternoon, dinner, and late night and the food is always perfect. Their service however, not so much. You have to watch that they give you proper portions that you paid for, also, the people working that are customer facing aren't very friendly or even look like they want to be there. It definitely has cost them some business from me. They do the food real well. Everything else can be chore. I'll definitely return, but if it's been a rough day, I'm not eating here. You will feel guilty for passing by and giving them business.Wheelchair accessibility: It's a standard Rally's with ADA Parking and flat areas for a wheelchair to park and wheel up to the windows if they so wished. Bathrooms are in the back, not sure if that is wheelchair accessible.
