Ritter's Frozen Custard

Wonderful little ice cream and shake spot.

Delicious! Friendly and fast!

We all are disappointed with our choice of ice cream tonight. My daughter got a scoop of cookie dough in vanilla dish. My son got a chocolate waffle cone with sprinkles, vanilla ice cream with Oreos on top. My spouse got a dish of chocolate ice cream with peanut butter cup topping, and I got a small glacier with snickers. We spent like $32. Mine was melted quickly even though it’s 64 degrees outside. And all the snickers was on top. Like none mixed to the middle or bottom. My son said his waffle cone tasted old, even though it’s advertised they make their waffles daily. This one must have been here a while. My daughter’s order came out with Oreos, even though she said multiple times to the cashier she wanted cookie dough. And my spouse like three pieces of peanut butter cup topping. Next time we’re in the mood for custard we’re going to Culver’s. This was highly disappointing.

Great custard, they need chocolate malted on the menu more often

One of my favorite places to go to for frozen custard. I had a turtle sundea and it was the absolute best. Whoever made it deserves a raise for that perfection!

Menu board prices are not real. Our order should have been $10+but when we got to the window the manage stated 13.05. When asked why the price was higher than the stated price …. Oh we changed our prices and have not changed the board.
We said keep the order and drove off not to return.
If you look at the grounds and building conditions spells mismanagement

This place sucks they literally have the same flavors everyday . Turtle something and cookies and cream . Their menu online has like 75 flavors , yet they make the same ones constantly

just stopped in again to see if it was any better, but no ugly boy at the window again. Employee named devin still on his phone with airpods in. I tried to get his attention but he couldn’t hear me. then when i tried to pay they didn’t take freak pay so i had to use mouse pay. finally when i got my food it had a different kind of cream iykyk. horrible fire devin.

waited for over 2 hours for my ice cream. younger teenager sat on phone for over 10 minutes instead of getting our ice cream. ugly boy at window worked very inefficiently.

One of the fine Ritter's in the nation - especially Greenwood. I also like the Franklin location.
