This place is fantastic. I live out of town and this is always a fantastic treat when I’m visiting indianapolis. Many selections to choose for the the cherry on top is just icing on the cake. A must try for visitors visiting the city.Parking: Plenty of parking and outside seating areas.

Their ice cream is good, and so are their milkshakes. They are a little pricey. Nice little place to stop by real quick. They have a drive-through too.
It’s was raining and freezing, waited 20 minutes and was not acknowledged until a line started to form, just to be told to go to a different window. I was trying to be patient because I was doing a pick up and they had a line of cars but they really didn’t care.

It used to be my favorite, but lately, it no longer has the creamy texture that frozen Custard should have. I think that it is because they no longer serve it fresh. Instead, they run the machine into freezers, where it is stored, and serve it from there, causing it to have chunks of ice in it.

The place is dirty and unkept. Product has even declined in recent years. The turtle flavor is featured a couple of times a week and is what I usually order. The mix is very light on pieces of chocolate, carmel, and pecans. We like coming here. It just doesn't have the welcoming feel it once had. And for the money they charge, they could do better.

Still a good Custard but they no longer carry vanilla lite. Service was bad and very slow. Too much chatter going on in the store. Ordered Strawberry Shortcake. Got something completely different. They replaced it but wasn't happy about it.

DO NOT BE FOOLED! This place doesn't serve the traditional Ritter's ice cream. It's all super cheap soft serve that you can get at any buffet. McDonald's even has better ice cream and it's not even good. This place is horrible.Really nice staff though.

Just went there and paid CUSTARD prices for SOFT SERVE icecream that melted in 1 minute in cool weather. I was told that is how the icecream is now and will no longer be custard
