This spot is tucked away. It’s very welcoming and friendly staff helped me right away. I got the Açaí bowl. All of my ingredients were fresh. The flavors were blended so well. I enjoyed the coconut flakes added to my smoothie bowl. Also got the anti-inflammatory green juice. It was great as too.

I don’t usually write reviews, but after careful consideration (and multiple smoothies), I felt a civic duty to share my experience at Root 2 Rise. I train jiu jitsu right next door to them, and after a tough Saturday session, nothing hits the spot like one of their smoothies. Every time I walk in feeling drained, I walk out completely refreshed. The PB&J smoothie is incredible. I don’t know what they put in it (besides the healthy ingredients they openly list), but it revitalizes me like I just finished a Gatorade commercial, you know what I mean? If you're looking for a place with great service and even better smoothies, Root 2 Rise is it!

Quick service and a really wide variety of options for a coffee shop. Smoothies, sandwiches, hot/cold coffees. Plenty of seating and felt welcoming for all ages. Very courteous staff.

Kid-friendliness: Had my infant with me and didn’t feel uncomfortable with her crying etc. Plenty of room to set up her carrier next to me while eating.

Love this place!!!! Everything they serve is bomb….the smoothies, the juice, the coffee, the bowls….and of course, the food is also amazing!!! I would go every single day for all three meals if I could afford to! It’s a quaint relaxing atmosphere and the customer service is top notch. I love to support local and small businesses and this one definitely deserves it!!!!
