It's in the Mall but so good. Sometimes I go just for sarku and leave

Cockroaches eating the food on the floor right in front before you order!!!!! If they have them they all have them !!!

One of my favorite places to eat. The employees are always kind. Love it here.

The food might be good but how they deliver it to you is confusing. If you have anxiety or problems with confrontation I wouldn't recommend here. Someone grabbed my food and didn't know what to do so I just left without my food.

Manager is the rudest person I've ever dealt with. She gave my chance to the wrong patron rushed he through line so the staff forgot my drink. The manager then proceeded to walk out to to the lobby t loudly argue with another patron who got the wrong food. Never eating here again.

Fresh food, tasty and affordable.

Food is absolutely tasteless and definitely not worth the money they charge. Rice is bland and mushy, meat is fatty and very low end. Having to drown my food in soy sauce just to be able to eat it only thing good out of food plate is the cabbage definitely would never recommend this place to anyone

Very delicious food and fast service. I had the bento box loved it. Was almost to much food for lunch for me, price is very reasonable for the amount of food you get

Always great food, hot, fresh, and decently priced and good portion size. It's crazy to think this has been a mall to to of mine for almost 20 years

Parking: It is a mall parking lot, so it's always an expedition.

Kid-friendliness: The restaurant is in the mall, so kids obviously welcome.

They gave me less than half the amount of beef as the chicken or shrimp that the people i was eating with had. Dont offer different meats if you can give fair amounts of each.

$5 coupon ad was misleading— associate said it’s only for online orders but a sign advertises it for all purchases

It's good place to get food, I could give 5 stars, but, I can't give my complaint is on the quality to the cook, when they using the cooking griddle don't care by clean correctly between the cycles cooking, on the food coming any black burnt charcoal or burn rest food, it's happen because they NOT are serious carefully, when the cooking griddle needing clean and they don't stop continue cooking once again over again, the black burnt are between at the veggies, rice streamed and chicken, this problem occurs before that the food it's finally served to customer.?? what's really we are eating Not healthy but very dangerous to our health. It's not first time with this issue, I don't understand if is only to me important to health or a either don't care a other people's getting food at this Sarku Japan.
