This was a very clean shop with a friendly staff. The cupcakes looked good however we did not try them. We opted for the ice cream and it was very good with creative flavors. This is worth a stop if you are in the area.Kid-friendliness: They have ice cream and cupcakes.

I tried a vanilla cupcake with pink frosting. The buttercream icing was quite delicious. The vanilla cake, however, was dry and gritty. It reminded me of the beige vegan cakes from the 1980s-1990s, before veganism leveled up. Much improvement is needed for their vanilla recipe. I did not try the chocolate cupcakes, but wish I had. In my experience, when trying omni bakeries, go for the chocolate. Cacao is naturally vegan so I've found that non-vegan bakers have statistically better luck at creating moist, delicious vegan chocolate cakes/cupcakes. They tend to always struggle with vegan vanilla. That being said, if you're vegan and not near an all vegan bakery, try their chocolate options first.

The workers at this Smallcakes are amazing! I needed last minute gender reveal cupcakes and they were able to get them made for me same day! And they were so sweet about it also. I’m very pleased with our experience and the cupcakes were so cute and delicious! Thanks again!

Now living in California, I am used to some solid gluten-free/dairy-free bakery options. I never expected that Smallcakes would have the best gf/df cupcakes I have ever tasted! Delicious flavors, and the consistency of the cake is the best I have ever tasted for gf! Also nut free. Kudos to Smallcakes! I'll be back!

The cupcakes are so amazing!! Staff is always super friendly! I got the Raspberry Truffle and oh my that cupcake was so so good! Any cupcake from Smallcakes is good!! I’ll be back many times!!!

These cupcakes were very good, very very sweet. We had the hot fudge sundae cupcake and the chocolate cream cupcake. I would try the gluten free options, they had a couple choices. They also had cute pup cakes treats for dogs! Both of ours were filled in addition to the frosting on top.

Had a very pleasant first experience! Extremely friendly, helpful, and professional customer service while selecting cupcakes in the store. I bought a dozen cupcakes of assorted flavors. They were moist, flavorful, and beautifully decorated! My family loved them and we will certainly be back for more soon!

Delicious cupcakes! I stopped in on whim and didn't regret it. My friend catered Smallcakes for her wedding so I've had them before but this was my first time in the store. The staff person was so friendly! She explained the cupcake flavors and offered us ice cream samples. I'm not a big ice cream person but I am all in on the cupcakes. I tried the strawberry daiquiri, one of the weekly specials, and it was very strawberry. I loved the crusty buttercream, it reminded me of all the birthday cakes I had as a kid. But really you can't go wrong with any of the choices.

I had high hopes. The staff was super friendly and the cupcakes were very moist! Sadly, the frosting was very overpowering and sweet. They do taste pretty similar to grocery store cupcakes so I wouldn’t buy them again.
