I LOVE the smoothie bowls that smoothie king offers but the last three times I have ordered a smoothie bowl they are NOT frozen and it totally ruins the entire $14.14 smoothie bowl... I will literally ask for the most frozen one they have and I get it and it's liquid... Today 10/16/24 was the last chance you are ever getting to give me a super expensive unfrozen smoothie bowl... They cost so much money and then are not at all consistent... Sorry smoothie king you just lost my business and I am telling everyone how it has been for me going there... Its total crap to charge what you charge and not get the same thing every time... I am so done

The new cocoa bowl is delicious and it's large. Definitely fills u up great for a snack. Also great that it's gluten free and vegan not many places can u get that and it be so good

DO NOT GO THROUGH THE DRIVE THRU!!! If you care about your cars wheels, absolutely avoid the drive thru, it has a ridiculous turn after you get past the window… My brand new suv now has curbed wheels, even with using the 360 cameras and going as slow as possible it’s impossible to get past if you have a larger vehicle. The smoothies are great, but I will not be returning due to the drive thru, unfortunately.

I DoorDashed an açaí bowl that didn’t come as expected, dasher should’ve noticed as well. They just left it w no bag or utensils like the dasher just grabbed it & left. It was literally like soup & I eat one of these at least once or twice a week so I know it wasn’t right. The dasher basically said oh well to call Smoothie King it’s their fault. Things happen & I get it, you can’t control everyone but the manager I believe he was Kevin Cramer drove out of his way & actually hand delivered the right one. There aren’t many kind people out there anymore but I was shocked at how great he was & went way above & beyond bc I had told him about the week I was already having, so just wanted to let everyone know it is an awesome crew with a great role model!! If you haven’t tried the PB Swizzle açaí bowl GO NOW! ???

First I’ll start with I know high school students work here that’s not my issue and the shake was great. The cussing behind the counter and the attitude of the people working was not good. There are little kids in the store with families and I don’t appreciate the students behind the counter cussing and throwing dishes in the back.

They can never remember the order, they lock the front door at 8pm and make you go through the drive-through—and their back door is always propped open in violation of health department laws. just saying

I’m going to give this store 5 reviews because they haven’t done anything wrong here BUT the main Smoothie King is hiding information/ingredients and NOT being transparent which I find insane! I have a citric acid allergy and they are refusing the ingredients being listed on app… “base” which could mean 20 ingredients
So I won’t be going back:(

Bought a Large banana boat with Blueberries and peanut butter for $14.58 and the cup wasn’t even filled to the top! For the prices this place charges that’s ridiculous.
