Who knew I would be late to work when I leave 30 minutes early to grab a smoothie… that was placed ahead of time. Got stuck between 2 cars in the drive through and couldn’t even leave. When I got up to the window my order was not ready and nobody even came to the window before I finally drove off. I never write bad reviews but would love to save someone the trouble (and write-up at work)

The worst location regarding not-so friendly staff, wait times inside and drive thru are ridiculous. Half the time the drive thru is closed. Staff’s attitudes are not customer focused. Where’s the leadership - Never addressing anything!

This location needs to be closed down . The owner doesn’t care neither the employees . They are extremely rude and drive thru always closed and watery shakes. Save your time and money and go to county line rd new location . Owner responds Sorry for your visit yada yada. Next step is to call corporate!

Came here on my way to class and asked if they had any smoothies without bananas. The worker assured me she could take the bananas out, so I said ok. After waiting a about 15/20 mins (there was only one other customer) a separate worker gave me my smoothie. I was nervous at this point but the previous worker seemed very certain she could make it without bananas, so I took a few sips on my way to class. Unfortunately she did put bananas in it and I had an anaphylaxis reaction while driving on 465. I would understand if they just couldn't do it and told me upfront, but lying about what they're putting in my food and not taking allergies seriously is not ok.

I LOVE the smoothie bowls that smoothie king offers but the last three times I have ordered a smoothie bowl they are NOT frozen and it totally ruins the entire $14.14 smoothie bowl... I will literally ask for the most frozen one they have and I get it and it's liquid... Today 10/16/24 was the last chance you are ever getting to give me a super expensive unfrozen smoothie bowl... They cost so much money and then are not at all consistent... Sorry smoothie king you just lost my business and I am telling everyone how it has been for me going there... Its total crap to charge what you charge and not get the same thing every time... I am so done

The new cocoa bowl is delicious and it's large. Definitely fills u up great for a snack. Also great that it's gluten free and vegan not many places can u get that and it be so good

DO NOT GO THROUGH THE DRIVE THRU!!! If you care about your cars wheels, absolutely avoid the drive thru, it has a ridiculous turn after you get past the window… My brand new suv now has curbed wheels, even with using the 360 cameras and going as slow as possible it’s impossible to get past if you have a larger vehicle. The smoothies are great, but I will not be returning due to the drive thru, unfortunately.

I DoorDashed an açaí bowl that didn’t come as expected, dasher should’ve noticed as well. They just left it w no bag or utensils like the dasher just grabbed it & left. It was literally like soup & I eat one of these at least once or twice a week so I know it wasn’t right. The dasher basically said oh well to call Smoothie King it’s their fault. Things happen & I get it, you can’t control everyone but the manager I believe he was Kevin Cramer drove out of his way & actually hand delivered the right one. There aren’t many kind people out there anymore but I was shocked at how great he was & went way above & beyond bc I had told him about the week I was already having, so just wanted to let everyone know it is an awesome crew with a great role model!! If you haven’t tried the PB Swizzle açaí bowl GO NOW! ???
