Tried ordering a DoorDash at 10;10 pm and they’re open til midnight or later, they call me at 10:30 canceling my order completely no reason why. The lady working there said in the background “i can’t talk to her you have to” but wouldn’t say why my order was being cancelled. I ordered a burger combo and 2 large drinks. If yall are lazy just say that.

I don't know what's going on with this place but Sonic is not what it used to be. At this particular location I work just around the corner and they have been really consistent at garbage food lately. The fries and tater tots taste like they've been cooked two times. Once the day before and once right before you order them. Absolute garbage and I don't think I'll ever go back.

found a bug in my drink smh and I’m pregnant so after i discovered the bug i immediately threw up
Order is never correct and it takes 5x's longer to get order than it ever should..... EVERY time. Half the time it is wrong and the other half of the time they forget the straws. They just give DoorDash orders out to whoever is in front of them no questions asked. Want to talk to someone? No such luck, they don't answer the phone. Whoever owns this establishment should be ashamed of their business. You guys suck.

Horrible customer service. I tried giving them another chance but they can’t even get a simple drink order right. Tried giving me someone else’s order and argued with me about what name I had it under then proceeded to hand me drinks again that weren’t correct asked them to remake again still weren’t correct and the drinks lids weren’t on so spilled almost an entire drink on my seat had to ask for napkins and a refund. Will not be coming back here.

If I order ahead for a time I should get my food at that time and not have to wait 30-40 minutes. It should also not take me another 30 minutes to get my order fixed because they messed it up.

Out of my last 3 visits ordering ahead I had to wait, 40 minutes, 30ish, minutes, and tonight 15 minutes past my pick up now time. Tonight I was pleasantly surprised that I only had to wait 15 minutes longer untill I got home and realized they didn't give me half my order. Incredibly disappointed, not worth the drive or effort to get the remainder of my order.
