Received my drink 75 percent full today. Very inconsistent location. Always receiving weird drinks.

OMG, I always love Starbucks drinks because they are always well made and taste good. But today I was really disappointed with the drinks I ordered today which cost $43 for 3 drinks and when they arrived, only 2 were left and 1 was completely spilled and looked really bad. Uber delivered it to me and he said they treated him badly and spilled it but they refused to make a new one for him. So he could only deliver 2 to me like that. No apology or refund.

I love this location! They are always soo fast and the baristas are friendly and personable! They do get really busy so I always try to be mindful of the staff and the craziness but my drink is always made right and that's what matters most to me! The cafe is not as comfy as some other local shops because this store is very drive thru focused but I still like to sit on the patio on pretty days!
The best white chocolate mocha I’ve had in a long time. I’m not sure what was different, maybe just balanced correctly. Will definitely be stopping by again

This location has been very frustrating. My drinks were made incorrectly and the staff wouldn’t remake them. They ran out of agave and swapped in something else without even telling me. I was told I’d get a call when agave was restocked, but no one ever followed up. When I called them myself today the staff acted like they had no idea. Really disappointing experiences.
