I ordered this through Door Dash with clear directions to be made with almond milk, no caramel drizzle, and no whipped cream. You can see that these customizations are clearly on the cup label as well. Seems like the barista went out of their way to do everything wrong with my order! It was topped with whipped cream and caramel drizzle, caramel drizzle in the cup, AND due to my physical response to cow milk - I can tell it was made with the wrong milk too! I cannot drink this and had to throw it out.

This company is getting sooooo greedy. I went in this morning around 7:00 am th do my grocery shopping and I stopped to get a tall Americano. Maddi behind the counter rang me up and gave me the total. It was $4.36, I handed her a $5.00 and she grabbed the cup to make the “overpriced” coffee. I saw the cup and it was soooo small. Smaller than the “tall” that I have gotten in the past. I asked her if that was the “tall” in which she said it was. I asked for my money back because I wasn’t going to over pay for coffee. She was very nice and professional and handed my money back. I’m done with Starbucks. It had been a while since my last visit and figured I’d try again. I’ll stick to Dunkin’ or Folgers.

Tonight the lady just pushed out the card machine and didn't even say a word. I work in the industry and she should make drinks only.

They almost never have avocado spread. :( Other locations never seem to struggle with this particular item, but I don’t get my hopes up of them ever having it.

Drinks getting pricier$$ and you can't give your card to the staff to process they hand you machine in car and ask for tips most time machine does not extend. It feels forced the asking for tips and the machine is in your face I dont like it at all.

I have been going to this Starbucks for close to 4 years. The ladies are so talented, and professional and absolutely amazing at making my drinks! They are knowledgeable about different drinks and what I can or cannot have and will need to substitute due to diet restrictions. Ms. Amy is always such a bucket of sunshine and NO ONE can make my drinks as well as she can! Ms. Katie, is so kind and funny and I love to see her smiling face In the morning. These two people and the rest of the crew make this Starbucks the best one to go to 100%!!
