Three people working but nobody wanted to take my order, so I stood there until the bigger one finally asked me. Then she rolled her eyes when I paid in cash. Buying Starbucks is a treat, but not when you make me feel like trash.

This store is always busy and always has a ton of people working but no one takes time to pay attention to what they are doing and it is annoying g a 10 minute drink took almost 30 minutes and then the second time it was made it was wrong and the instructions are on the cup how hard is it to look and if you say something the girl with dark colored hair gets an attitude I’m surprised they stay as busy as they do this one has almost gotten as bad as worthsville rd
The sheer number of times I have been traumatized by this location is staggering. Every time it’s something different… one time I came at 730 and they had already closed for the day… one time it was literally 715 same thing… then today they told me “ our oven is off because it’s after 7” when last week I came at 745 and ordered food AND a drink and they were still open… not to mention they are incredibly rude here and sitting behind the counter chatting for 10 min before they even took my order ( before 7) then told me the oven was “off” 😤😤😤😤😤

I usually don’t get any sort of outstanding service from Starbucks baristas but today Mady was fantastic. I literally had to ask her for her name just to write this review. I hadn’t had the pink drink in a while and Mady’s skills made me ask myself why I don’t come to Starbucks more often. She was kind, funny, and very knowledgeable about the different types of drinks. SHE DESERVES 10 STARS. Because of her, I will definitely begin to purchase more drinks at this local target.

I visited this location 3/5 around 12:45… it was pouring rain. So when I got in the parking lot I went ahead and ordered my drink on the app because I knew it would be hard for them to hear me through the speaker, I ordered, pulled up to the speaker and let them know I had a mobile order and the girl inside proceeded to be hateful saying “I see your order you placed 55 seconds ago, in the future you need to give us 5-10 minutes. Took everything in me to not just leave. I hope they don’t treat everyone like this. Very disappointing.

I paid almost $10 for a caramel crunch frappe with extra caramel drizzle and two shots of espresso and paid extra for both. When I got to church, which I was late to because the drive thru was so slow, it didn’t have extra caramel and definitely not two shots of espresso. It was definitely a disappointment.

There was a manager in store named Jalen that was EXTREMLY rude to my fiancee and I. Extremely short, and didn't seem to want to even be there. If you're going to treat customers like that who pay, I can't imagine how you are outside of work.

I’ve been trying to get a caramel apple spice for two months now. Never have apple juice. Now I’m sitting here in line waiting for another drink and I’ve been waiting for over a half hour.

I visited this Starbucks earlier today and I was really happy with my experience. The barista was friendly and fast despite being the only one working and having a pretty long line of customers. She was doing a great job!
Usually stop at Starbucks at this Target on Saturdays. All the staff is friendly and they always get my order correct. Morgan was super nice and willing to answer my questions about the different drinks. Will definitely stop in again!?
Been drinking medicine balls for the last year my wife came home with three of them for the family I tried to call Starbucks to let the staff know those were the best medicine balls ever sorry I couldn't reach you just over the phone to thank you all before I gave this review today's date is 11/27/22 and my wife was in there around 5pm thanks alot I know where I'm going 2 from now on
This is at Target on SR 135. I love the people there. They ALWAYS get my orders right and that is really appreciated when paying so much. Thanks, y'all. Keep up the great work.
